Was needing a charging port repaired for my kids Lenovo laptop and he took time to research and said the best options. I kept calling him asking about this and that and he told me to try a type C charger. I did and it didn’t work so i called back and let me know it needed to be a high watt charger so I tried that and it worked. This company saved me hundreds of dollars and I will use them going forward for any issues I hope never arise

I can't believe what just happened. I live with and take care of my very elderly parents full-time. My dad absolutely adores his computer and spends a great deal of his days on it. He was distressed when it quit working last night. He thought he knew what part was the problem and I almost immediately ordered it for him.
