Boost Mobile

I have been going to this location since July 2018. There was a young man that was there for a year and customer service was great! After he left every time I went to the location (usually at least 1x/month to pay the bill) there was a different rep and the service went downhill. At the beginning of October there was a girl who was on the phone cussing someone out at the top of her lungs when we entered the store. She came out of the back and told us to wait until she finished her call. We waited about 5 minutes and told her we needed a new phone. We told her what phone we wanted but she tried pushing us into a different phone. We ended up getting the phone we wanted but she did not set it up like the reps usually do. Instead, she was more concerned about telling us why we should get a Samsung over a Moto. A week later we went to the store to get our daughter a new phone. Once again a different rep was there. Her name was Nadia. She helped us with our daughters new iPhone and made the experience very pleasant and easy. She also took the time to ensure the phone was completely set up before leaving the store.

The gentleman working today 3/18/23 11 am was absolutely amazing. Boost almost lost me as a customer from the Fenton location. He was fast, efficient and very helpful. Worth giving other locations a chance even if there is bad service in Fenton. He was amazing !!!! He deserves a raise! 😁

I have been a customer for 3 years. We have 4 lines on our Family Plan. Boost has the best customer service hands down! Everyone at this store is personable, knowledgeable and always go above and beyond! Even the reps at Customer are amazing! We have great coverage, no issues with dropped calls and Boost is very reasonable with their pricing. I was skeptical when my hubby wanted to drop T-Mobile, but it was the best decision ever!

David was exceptional in assisting me and my teens to get service activated on our new phones. He is professional yet personable. Well spoken and respectful. I have been with Boost since 2017. I highly recommend your service. I had to go back when I accidentally paid twice for my monthly service plan. David immediately took my concern and called customer service on my behalf. Alex L. made our experience from switching from Metro PCS to Boost great! Truly the best customer service my husband and I have ever had with a phone company. There was a lot of free time just waiting trying to get our information from Metro and it was filled with great conversation and lots of laughs. By the end of our transaction we felt like old friends! He even stayed almost an hour late past closing to show us how to back up our photos and text messages, which was very important to my husband because he runs a small buisness, and we aren't very technically inclined so we never would have figured it out ourselves. My husband was also worried about not being able to get a phone case until after he got off work tomorrow, and without even thinking Alex took the case right off his own phone and insisted my husband take it so there wouldn't be any accidents with his new phone. He absolutely didn't have to do most of that stuff, but he did it with a smile on his face! Absolutely amazing! We are so pleased with our new phones and if we were his boss we would be giving him a big, fat raise because that's exactly the kind of service that makes people spread the word to their friends and family! Alicia...... the most helpfull and courteous rep that we have ever dealt with, this young lady is so concerned with making sure that you phone is working properly and you are satisfied with the service that she acually gave my wife her personal contact info , so that if she had any more problems with her phone that she would try to take care of it on her own time after buisness hours. In a day where customer service is almost non-existent it was refreshing to work with Alicia. She exemplifies customer service, if the company would follow her lead they could be the number one carrier out there.

Excellent customer service...thank you David!! David was fast and efficient but still took time to answer any questions. He greeted every customer that walked in the store. He was not a pushy salesman at all and was very polite. My dad git exactly what he needed! David should really train the Boost store on Bayless. Went there a few weeks ago and the service was terrible.

Katie .H was extremely helpful and patient with me and my issues. I live in the city but will be traveling to this store every time. They were the only store with a S9 at the time. I can't stress enough how much she impacted me and the store I'll be using from now on. Kindness goes a long way.. Someone needs to give this girl a promotion! Again thank you for your patience and help getting my phone set up.

Went in to have my SIM card updated, and was greeted by a highly professional, helpful and down to earth sales associate (Justin) who quickly resolved the issue my phone was having. Would recommend this location to anyone who values customer service and a professional staff.

David is by far the best customer agent I have ever encountered in any retail location anywhere. That man knows what his is doing! Boost is lucky to have him. He should be manager of all customer service agents. Teach his skills.

Yes the gentleman at the store believe me ferry road was a very good one and he's just trying to help me out as far as getting a different phone. To be with move boost Mobile and it was really helpful so I was limited on money but...

The guy who assisted us in getting our phones was amazing and very friendly! I would definitely recommend going to this Boost store if your looking to get new phones!

Mike was very patient because it awhile to get transferred from At&t due to att! I highly recommend this store. It was very clean unlike the Festus MO store. And the Fenton store didn't have the iPhone 7 you get for 40 when you transfer over. I even called them before leaving but the kid there didnt tell me they were out of that phone. So your best bet it to go to the on Lemay Ferry! Thanks!

GREAT Service and I love everything about them since switching 2 years ago from Sprint. No surprises EVER on bill and I'll NEVER go back to a being billed & raped by a contract or hidden charges! BEST move I EVER made!

Erin R. Was AMAZING! Very paitent and helped us switch to boost and get the nrw family plan. She made process smooth for us even though it was a pain for her. Besides the great customer service, boost has great phone & data service. Brst cell company I've been with since US Celluar.

Came in and needed to be shown how to put tge fingerprint on my phone. Joel was super helpful setting up not only that but a pin for added protection. He said he is originally from the Fenton store so if you need a phone or want help go see Joel at Fenton! BEST REP IN THE ST. LOUIS AREA PERIOD !
