The installers did a superb job installing two new Carrier AC units. They clearly were skilled at their job. We are very happy with their work and especially appreciated the time Rolando took to be sure we were able to use the capabilities of the new smart thermostats.

Fantastic service from Richard D and his whole team! From beginning to end (which was a complete new AC system in TWO days!), everything was great! We were not expecting the guys from the Coupon Clipper to be AMAZING, but there were and they are! This will be our new service company going forward! To be fair, we really liked our previous company too, and gave them a fair chance to come with a good price, but the problem was they gave us quotes for a system that would have been too small for our home (and hence been a lifetime of problems!). Richard came on a Saturday morning and gave us our last quote. New system was installed on Monday! We couldn’t have asked for better service! Thank you Richard and Rolando and his team!

Western States has been our go to company for the past five years for our cleaning service. Now after 20+ years we had to replace our system and of course we went Western. Jason was amazing and thorough with the installation. When done he explained the new system and how to use the new equipment. I highly recommend them for all your needs.

We were faced with a sudden water heater breakdown for my 93-year-old father on a Saturday afternoon, causing concern about how to swiftly arrange a replacement and installation. Western States Home Services responded promptly and sent Michael to the rescue. He efficiently installed a new water heater within just a few hours. My father is very grateful!

Today I had Michael come out to do a tune up. He was a very personable and informative. He answered all my
questions and more. He is a keeper! Its nice to talk to someone who cares about people. He is a keeper!

Steve does an outstanding job on my air conditioner and heat pump. Keeps me up to date and is always very prompt in checking and fixing if that is necessary. Straight forward and someone I can trust.

It’s no wonder I’ve also read other 5star reviews. After going through 2 new HVAC in less then 10yr. I was very skeptical about finding a replacement.
Steve sold me a Western Aire package that I couldn’t refuse. He thoroughly explained the features and benefits of each unit. I did not feel pressured like used car salesman. Great service, which is even hard to find a decent one, from install to follow up. So far, I’ve not experienced buyers remorse like the two previous units.
Kevin, technician, just followed up with regular maintenance today. He, like Steve, reinforces making the right decision.

Richard Delancey was excellent today! He was thorough, explained what they were doing, asked if I had questions, showed me pictures of what my AC unit looks like up on my roof - stellar service!!
