The chosen prime

Love this company, ive been buying from them for years. I always feel safe when I order and try to go through them as opposed to overseas. I have had problems and their customer service fixes them quick and are very nice. Ordering toys from this company I would highly recommend!

I found the Chosen Prime from TFCON youtube videos in which an impressive display of transformers were presented.

I waited to give this review until Ive made a few purchases and let me just say that the negative reviews i saw are now questionable to me. My figures were well packaged, arrived on time, and has no broken parts or pieces to speak of. The prices are comparable to other sites with the exception of tfsource. The only thing I wish is for more figures that Im looking for to be in stock. Other than that, based on my current experience, ill continue purchasing from The Chosen Prime.

as a fan of a pretty niche hobby, collecting expensive toys, ive tried a lot of online sites and ordered from a lot of different places, But the very firs time i interacted with TCP i was treated like a long time friend, and even invited to a meet up. Hey answer any question you have, even if its not really product related. I cannot recommend them enough, if you collect figures, these guys are just as excited about them as you! and never seem like they are about the bottom dollar.

Went for a gathering type seminar. Got to be hands on with a lot of figures from many different toy lines. Extremely knowledgeable people. Loyal to their customers. This is a great place to have in the valley. If you have questions thwy will get toy answers. A lot to choose from. Very happy with how thwy do business. Top notch!

I bought an Ocular Max Stellarus Prommion from their booth at the Mississauga TF CON and what a waste of money that was. The legs collapse as soon as you stand it up. There’s suppossed to be a kit to fix the problem included in the box but it was mississing. Typical. I’ve already contacted them but I highly doubt they’ll do anything about it.

I purchased MP Hot Rod from The Chosen Prime (TCP) which arrived on 8/19. It came with the paint complete cracked on one leg. A picture was sent and a response was given on Monday, 8/22, that a replacement leg was being looked for. After that, I heard nothing for the remainder of the week. Subsequent messages asking for an update, exchange or some sort of fair, amicable resolution to this issue were ignored. I would have taken the replacement leg. Now, I have to go through a process to dispute this claim and try and recoup on my purchase - and I am stuck with a defective Hot Rod as a reminder.

There is nothing worse than opening a figure only to find a defect. It is compounded, many times over, when the store you purchase it from does not honor its commitment to the collector community in providing quality products - especially considering the high prices paid for these items. TCP can do better - and I know this because when it is a sale related questions, they are quick to answer. However, when it comes to servicing a defective one, taking any accountability or simply responding to the customer, they are no where to be found.

Thankfully, there are other companies out there, that from experience, will actually move quickly to make sure a collector's needs are met. Unfortunate that TCP is not one of these companies.
