Amy did an awesome job helping me sell an elderly family member's home after they had to move into an assisted living facility. She was able to present me with multiple options for how to sell the house, and then leveraged her connections to quickly find well qualified offers from multiple buyers. I did my fellowship at Cincinnati Children's and worked with Amy and Jenny to buy and eventually sell my house 3 years later! They were incredibly easy to work with and were really flexible with my occasionally crazy schedule.

In early 2019 we reached out to Amy to help us sell the home of our father.  He was no longer living in the house, and it was still full of all of his belongings.  Amy was able to go tour the house and quickly provide us with a gameplan to get the house sold.  Amy connected us with an Estate Attorney to get our legal documents in place so that we were able to sell the house.  We were both working and didn't have a lot of time to get the house cleared out and ready for the market, so Amy helped us take the clean out in phases, eventually hiring a haul out crew to remove the final personal items.  Amy helped us to prepare the house for an AS IS sale with an inspection to share with buyers, and she had her cleaning team get the house cleaned up for showings.  The preparation paid off, and we had dozens of showings the first day, we accepted a great offer from a small investor , along with a back up offer from another buyer all on the first day.  The preparation of the house for market was easy, and Amy helped us step by step.  She was always there to answer questions, get people in the house, and give honest feedback, for a smooth sale and closing with no surprises or bumps in the road. Amy was wonderful to work with. She made the experience easy for us during a difficult time and we will always be grateful for that.
