Walmart Supercenter

I was in store about a month ago and Josh Henderson from stock 2 was the most helpful and kind employee I’ve came across at walmart. I approached him while he was stocking the floor and he had no problem at all to stop and give me the best care possible ! He even checked the store for my daughter mini mouse car item and checked the back stock without any complaints! THANK YOU JOSH !!! Keep up the great work!

I would almost petition to have them open 24 hrs again. I do not go as much. Their online ordering is pretty decent. As long as it is not near closing; pick-up orders are on time. Maybe twice, they forgot an item or two. Needs more employees.

The employees are great . My sister in law lost her phone on our visit and so we called it a couple of times and a employee answered to let her know it was at customer service that it had been turned in THANKS EVERYONE WHAT A BLESSING ! 😇

I found everything I wanted and went through u scan to make my purchase and it was very busy. Regular registered didn't have a line a mile long either.

The food was good and the service was great! Jess was very friendly and so was the girl who greeted us and filled my wife's coffee. First time there and we will definitely be back the next time we're in town.

Thought I would try Wal-Mart's pick up kiosk. I placed a 3 item order online and the next morning had an email saying my order was ready to be picked up. Went to the store location I had choosen and scanned my QR Code from my email. The huge orange machine hummed to life...a sealed plastic bag came towards me from deep within this giant computerized locker. I opened the clear door, reached inside and retrieved my online purchase from 9 hours ago. Since I choose to prepay for my order, I was now finished with my shopping adventure. This pick up kiosk really simplified my shopping adventure and saved me time & money.

Always have what want, typically at a better price than other retailers.

Walmart is my Go-To place to shop!

Great shopping for punch ingredients and birthday books and toys!! The only thing they didn't have was raspberry sherbet for the punch!!

I wanted to give credit where it is due, people usually let their complaints be heard on customer service, but not many will give recognition when it is deserved. I had THE BEST customer service I’ve ever had at ANY Walmart @this location I was in electronics and I was trying to make a decision for my sons room and your manager Tammy was amazing she answered all my questions and if she didn’t know the answer she asked someone who did and was very friendly and delightful so if you can figure a way to clone her and put her in every department then you will be getting a lot more reviews like this

I stopped in @ the eyeglass place inside of walmart to inquire about getting my eyeglasses fixed..The gentleman who waited on me said yes they did fix depending on the repair needed..he looked @ my broken off piece and took in back &replaced a screw ..I was thrilled! He was so polite and did not even charge me!! WONDERFUL customer service! I am going to go back for my next presciption eye exam! THank you!

Used touchless curb side pick up. Super easy prompts thru the app. I parked in a designated pick up spot, they dropped it in the trunk and off I went. It felt kinda lazy, but I had just done some shopping and forgot this one thing.

Christina needs a Raise!!!
I set up a Delivery for today and the website said both items were in the store. Then after I completed my $400 order, it kicked back saying items not in the store. I called the store and Christina walked me through the items that were indeed in the store. She went to lunch and I ordered those exact items and again an employee kicked it back as items not in the store. I called and Christina waited for me to do the order a 3rd time, and she processed my order and it was delivered to my house the next hour. Post Pandemic, employees are lazy and do not care. I am so glad Christina was working today and I will always contact her for any issues in the Future.

Garden center looks amazing this year!! Very clean and well kept. Plants look great!!!

No one working everything is self check out. One older lady with a Cain trying to get to people. Chaos littoral chaos. Even the ride on floor scrubber automated now. No one in the driver seat this things just rolled around. And people crying cause people couldn't find jobs and can't find jobs. We are literally building machines to take our jobs what happens when the machines start building themselves. Yahh!

Pharmacy is always nice and very helpful. They never hesitate to help locate an item or educate me on different remedies for even the simplest health issue my family has at the moment. There is always an abundance of choices and a wide array of costs. Most times cheaper or store brand does the same or better job.
