Love love love ❤❤❤ Macy's. Took my son and bought him a variety of shirts. He will be styling when he goes out with friends. Got my annual Estee Lauder perfume. Great buys friendly staff great quality clothes. Macy's has everything!! 💜

Fast service, helpful employees.... Not happy all my order wasn't there, couldn't get money for the product that wasn't there and put it back on my card... And we drove over an hour to pickup... Cause I was told they wouldn't mail the product to me... In order to get the savings on the 4 products, we had to drive ..

Shopped the Kenwood location the previous day, but they did not have an item in my wife's size. The Anderson Township location was a great experience as every staff person we encountered was extremely helpful. Long ride, but worth it.

Beverly helped me pick out a suit tonight. She helped me find the right size. She was very helpful. They didn't have the exact style I wanted, but I'll be purchasing from online via her recommendations.

The ladies at the fragrance counter are all wonderful and incredibly helpful. If you ask questions, they are more than happy to point you in the right direction. Keep in mind fragrance is so subjective so if you know what notes you like in a fragrance, they are all knowledgeable in on what could possibly work for you. It helps to ask more specific questions. Betsy helped me with my most recent visit and went above and beyond to help me make my decision.

In-Store availability is fairly accurate on their website if you are curious to see what stock they carry in store. It is more limited to "bestsellers" than some larger locations such as Kenwood, but the service has always been incredibly pleasant, whereas the Kenwood location was hit or miss with friendliness.

Picking out cologne for my son who is 26 and got a very good scent for him with the help from Holly at the perfume counter. She was amazing

Macy's is great, I come here for my perfume needs and they still have a jewelry dept! Got a great deal on some silver earrings 👌

Love this Macy's backstage department store. The lower level is regular Macy's and upstairs is the discount area.

I like this place! Only other Macys nearby is Kenwood, otherwise you have to go all the way to Dayton or Kentucky now…
Gosh I miss Downtown, then Northgate and Tri- County closed too. Thank god that this location is still here and close to the Cincinnati core.

I went here for fragrances and had the sweetest woman help me! I had brought my son along with me and he was being a normal 4 year old. She was very patient and so sweet to my son. Her name is Betsy. I will definitely be coming back!

Completely wonderful experience here! I ordered a watch and silver chain in jewelry online and picked it up at the store. When I arrived at the store, I was warmly greeted by every employee there and the nice lady in jewelry went above and beyond to give me the best prices possible, even though I ordered online and it was already paid for. She cancelled my order and saved me a lot more money! Very good customer service here.

Excellent customer support. Lots of interesting fashion choices. The staff made it easy to exchange purchases ordered in the wrong size and assisted in finding desired items. Lots of promotional rewards help motivate another trip in the near future.

Was pleasantly surprised. Was the whole store on sale? Great sales. 🔖 Macy's usually known for higher prices looks to being taking a turn to be more reasonable with prices? Maybe being a reaction to the brick stores vs online? Looks like Macy's has took a turn for the better. Whatever it may be, it was well worth stopping in.

Great place! Has all of our shopping needs. We recently bought outfits for a wedding here and got everything. The staff was wonderful but not overbearing. The fitting rooms were clean and prices were great!

I am a Macy's rewards member and being that it's a mile from my home, I shop there constantly! All current sales are easy on your wallet with plenty of places to eat after you shop. I love Macy's!!
