Kroger

This is one of the best Kroger locations in the area. They have a massive selection of goods, the staff is very friendly, and the store has one of their more modern designs, so it's simply fun to shop here. They have a jewelry store, bank, and Starbucks in the store, so lots of extras if you need they services.

I visit this store every week. But yesterday it was my first time to be there for wine tasting. And it turned to the amazing time with amazing people. Sarah, bartender, was such a sweetheart! She took care about everybody and made sure we were happy. Also Kroger chef cooks different appetizers each Friday. Yesterday we had salmon rolls. I had wonderful time. Thank you Kroger!

I had Debbie as my cashier and she was so wonderful and nice. She helped out the mentally challenged bagger Geoff and had excellent customer service very kind and told us what we saved. One of the nicest cashiers I’ve had thank you!

Found all we were looking for and more. I wasn't greeted by any employees, which I found odd since I worked for a Kroger banner store for a good number of years and we were taught to greet all customers. Shelves were well stocked and store was clean.

Been shopping at krogers for years and Cherry Grove Kroger employees are really nice and helpful.

Honestly, the store has a weird layout but it’s nice. Mostly just writing this review because I had a good experience with Lucas at the curbside pickup.

He’s a very polite and professional young man.

A BIG thanks to Penny the cashier! She never missed a beat ringing up all of my groceries & treated me king during the whole process! Jack the bagger, though- Up until I mentioned that I do Google reviews, he treated me poorly, making me feel embarrassed for the groceries I had. All in all, this store has an incredible range of products & the atmosphere is unlike any other! Including a little bar/hangout place with jazzy music where friends, family & people can come to chill. Really cool shopping center😎 Impeccably clean & well organized. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I’ve been to many stores all over the country and none are as good as this Kroger Flagship. Eric Deel is an amazing manager who cares about the customer along with all the associates working at this store who always give a most pleasant shopping experience.

This Kroger is HUGE. I love the click list option, it allows me to grocery shop for the week in under 15 minutes! They are notorious for being "out of stock" on products. So as long as you are cool with not getting everything you order, they are great. As for the in-store shopping experience, it takes time, seeing as it is such a large store. But the staff is helpful and the selection is great. This is by far my favorite grocery store.

Kroger is so much better than Walmart. Customer service is key. Walmarts prices are better but Krogers customer service is so far and beyond what is expected of them that it's more than worth it. It's because it's closer to me as well. But that customer service is on point!!!!!

This Kroger is super nice, especially after it’s remodel. The staff is friendly and helpful and the shelves are consistently well stocked. The store is clean and organized and has a lot to offer with the pharmacy, Little Clinic and fuel center. This is my favorite Kroger in my area for sure.

I honestly love this location. By far the cleanest store I've ever been in.

Huge selection and as always with Kroger genuinely great prices. Even the store brand products are fantastic and that is rare to find nowadays.

The highlight of the store by far is the small area in the front which serves fresh sushi daily (or as fresh as you can get in southern Ohio) and truly tastes amazing whatever you choose, I highly recommend the California rolls to everyone, even for a first time buyer!

Definitely recommend shopping here for anything you could possibly need.

Very clean and well stocked Kroger Marketplace. This Kroger location has ample parking and an excellent management crew and staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. They have a Starbucks and an excellent gourmet bakery and a delicious "plate lunch" style deli that serves brisket, chicken, and turkey dinners daily. This Kroger is laid out perfectly. I love shopping here.

This is my main place to get groceries. Some don't like it because it's really big and complicated but I have gotten used to it a now love the extras. There is always fresh selections and great bargains. I love to cook international and find all the basic needs. I often visit the soup bar before shopping or get a coffee and snack at the internal Starbucks. There are options for every budget and cooking style.

Very nice Kroger. The seafood and meat counters are clean and well stocked. The produce area is well laid out. Don't forget to be a Kroger's Plus Shopper's card member to get points for reduced gasoline prices.

I absolutely love this store. I can stroll in at 10pm. The people in the deli still help you out and there is still a register or 2 open with a bagger. I've walked in at 230am after work and was greated by someone working in the bakery. Everyone here is super friendly and helpful and have helped my find products they don't carry in other non Kroger stores.

I was late for a meeting this morning and I desperately called the store at Beechmont and Five Mile, grasping at straws on trying to save some precious time. The wonderful store manager, Eric, got the needed items together for my meeting and had them waiting with a note acknowledging he was glad to do it because we were a good customer. I am so grateful for his personal service and going the extra mile to ensure I had what I needed. I'm also going to try the new curbside grocery delivery service (Click-It?) after having such a wonderful experience this morning. Thank you, Eric! I am your new #1 fan!

Love this Kroger. It's one of the busiest but you can still get in and out without a hassle. Good meat counter, and rarely(if ever)out of the things you need. They also have some friendly cashiers and its never dirty.

The Anderson Kroger is my place to shop! It has everything you can ask for. It's large, loud and just the right amount of fun to get through the shopping list. The people are mostly friendly (there are always a few sour apples), starting with a coffee from Starbucks, grab some chef on the run, into the deli that has the best Boars Head meats. Past the bakery, just look at that chocolate fountain and fresh baked bread! Into the fruits & veggies. Wonderful assortment but I will say look it over. There have been times that I find over ripe fruit. On to the Seafood/meat counter where you can find a great selection of seafood (try the fish in a bag) to the Salmon selection, meat counter has great ideas for dinner, pantry staples in the middle then over to the frozen and dairy selection. In the middle find a great beer/snack section. Oh don't forget the wine selection, if your lucky the wine tasting will be going on. Need cash? Full service Fifth Third Bank. Feeling sick, check into the Little Clinic. Needs meds, use the Pharmacy. The lines will be long, but when you look in the parking lot you'll see cars from Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana! At the holidays shop to violin music from local kids. On summer weekends, grab a hot dog off the grill in the parking lot. It's a great place to shop!

This is one of the nicest Kroger locations I've ever been to. The staff was friendly and I was able to find what I needed pretty easily even though the store is so large.
