Thank you, Interstate Battery. When I purchased my car battery, you recommended I come in and have it checked in 2 years so that if it was going bad, you could replace it free of charge. I did that today, even though I've moved out of state. One cell was indeed going bad and I have a brand new battery for free. That's great customer service!

My service advisor was honest, very helpful and friendly and they honored the interstate warranty will definitely use them again next time we need a new battery.. Bought the battery at another company and when I was having issues with my car not starting but it would when I used a jumper took to Big O told me may be my key fob battery if not than the alternator because the battery was good . Left them and changed the key fob battery car was acting up again started than would have to jump start it. Was told to take it to the actual interstate battery place. Well I did and guess what it was a bad battery and they replaced it for free as it was an interstate battery and under warranty but barely. Big O didn’t want to replace a battery that was just 3 weeks shy of the warranty running out. Had I take. It back to them 3.2 weeks later they would have charged me full price for a new battery vs honoring the warranty meaning they didn’t want to just give me a brand new battery they wanted to wait it out and charge me full price. So for anyone needing a new battery make the drive to your interstate battery shop pay the few extra bucks so worth it. I left their shop with a brand new battery with another 2 year warranty and didn’t cost me a dime. We have 4 jeep grand Cherokee’s and we will be heading their way next time any of them needs a new battery for sure.

Bought the battery about two years ago. I brought it in to your store. Mike was awesome. Very helpful and friendly. He found an issue with it, addressed it and sent me on my way. Unfortunately it did not solve the problem. I brought the battery back and once again spoke with Mike. Same exact friendly service. We discussed the newly discovered issue. After some friendly back and forth I explained serious concerns with an upcoming trip. Sympathetic to my plight we reached a more than fair agreement. Not only did Mike provide excellent customer service he sent me out the door with peace of mind. Give that man a pat on the back. He earned you a customer for life

good prices, no appointment necessary, very reasonable installation fee, and great warranty! In and out in less than 30 minutes. Recommended.

Always very nice and helpful staff. Batteries just don’t last in the Az heat but Interstate’s warranty makes it possible to keep good batteries in my trucks without spending a fortune. Pay once, Cry once.

I've been through allot of car batteries, this by far was the easiest swap out on one. These guys are great, they do it all for you and are super quick. I appreciate your work thanks guys

I bought an Interstate Battery because of their quality and warranty. Just under 3 years later my vehicle wouldn't start in a Costco parking lot. I noticed Costco sells Interstate batteries. I thought this will be easy and I could get my battery replaced right away. Not the case Costco told me the battery has to be removed in order to do anything. They wouldn't even give me a jump in triple digit heat. After a friendly patron gave me a jump I went to Interstate Battery. Mike was a great help. He pulled my battery and noticed it would have to be charged for several hours before it could be tested. He installed a loaner battery and told me to come back the next business day. He said my battery is still under warranty and when I return he will either install a new battery or my old one depending on how it tests all free of charge. I will never buy a battery anywhere else.

They had the battery I needed and were able to provide a credit on my old Interstate Battery as the purchase was visible in their computer as it was made at another Interstate store out of state. Overall, great experience with friendly and helpful staff!

The customer service is 10/10! Was offered cold bottled water and popcorn when I walked into the shop. They took my car right back and had my problem solved in 15 mins. They were very polite and made sure I was taken care of. Will definitely be back when I need another battery!

Had a brand new battery in my Honda fit... Price was reasonable.. the service was fantastic... The gentleman who put the battery in my car super nice took like 10 minutes.. AWESOME...!!!! I didn't catch his name but I just want to say thanks..👍

Very friendly staff members! I called ahead to ask if they had my car battery type in stock. Mike took my call and helped me out when I arrived. Just a very positive experience overall. I had a few questions after the purchase and he was happy to have a friendly and informative chat. Even though it was slow at the time, other places make you feel like they're eager for you to leave, but not here! Thank you!

Awesome customer service. They literally changed out my batteries in my watches and my car while my 2 year old was sleeping. Who can beat that? And this was after bringing my battery back in 3 times this past year just to swap out not because the batteries are bad, but because ny wife never drove the car!

Great bunch of guys working here. I had a new to me used car, and the battery died on me. Of course I was 1200+ miles from home, and between jobs at work. These guys told me every option available, and then had it outside next to my car and ready to install before I even finished paying. They wanted to install it for me but I truly didn't have the time. I appreciate you guys helping me out and getting me going again.

Love the refurb car batteries available here; I've bought several over the years and they always work fine. So much more cost effective versus spending big bucks on a new expensive battery. Word of advice: call in first and see if they have your type available.

Brought my car in this morning to see about my battery since it was dead and had to get jumped. The gentleman (didn't get his name darn it) helped me right away and let me know that it did need a new battery. He did mention that the car needed a specialty battery that had unfortunately been out of stock for quite some time due to shipping/supply demands. He called the warehouse to double check and to our surprise they had one! He immediately left to go pick one up at the warehouse and came back and installed it very quickly. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes! The nicest customer service! I highly recommend Interstate and will definitely be going back as needed! Thanks Interstate Batteries!!!
