We worked with Jen Brooke on the sale and purchase of our new home. She worked tirelessly to make sure everything went off without a hitch and even followed up to make sure everything was taken care of after the move. She is detail oriented and super organized, she kept things moving smoothly and helped me keep my sanity. I'd recommend her to anyone!

For being first time home buyers in this crazy market I am so thankful we had Jen Brooke by our side. She was so quick setting up showings. Jen was also very patient with us bringing our high energy son to showings. Overall a great experience and now we have an awesome home!

My wife and I have been dealing with the Two Sue's since 2001. This will be our 3rd home that they have helped us see and buy. They both have won outstanding realtor awards. They always work very hard in selling/buying a home!

Tony Carpenter is the best realtor out there?

Keri marois is a liar and manipulator. Her professional skills are seriously lacking. I called about a property she was rude and arrogant with no experience.

HORRIBLE AGENCY WHO REFUSES TO TAKE ACCOUNTABILITY. Don't let this agency put you in a horrible situation like they did my family!! They will promise you the world, act like they care, etc but all they care about is making money off of you. Even upper management REFUSES to stand by the promises they made.

In the long run I don't even know the amount 0f money they have cost our family. Hopefully we'll be able to recover some of that but the stress and anxiety they've cost us can't really be repaired. Please don't put yourself in the situation we're in.

They completely neglected their duties as our agents. They didn't sent our list of repairs to seller, misadvised us on financing, lied to us about what they claimed to have done, etc. I honestly can't even think of it all right now. Any other agency will better than Comey and Shepherd. Even doing everything yourself.

I hope I can update these reviews if they end up doing the right thing and helping us like they've promised and their job requires. I plan to do whatever I can to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else and get some type of fair solution for our family

Horrible agency. Didn't submit our repairs, misadvised us on multiple issues we thought we had handled, lied,etc. Dont make the same mistake we did and use this agency to buy or sell your home. It will cost us thousands in the long run

Agent was only interested in making a sale. His lack of knowledge, asumptions and lack of research, may end up costing me thousands. Management stated, they will use my experience, as a training tool..! That is all good and well however, where does that leave me?

It's a shame I had to give one star, it was nothing but lies from the start, never been treated so ignorant in my life. Vicki was only in it for the money and not what was best for my family. I'll never be able to trust a realtor again.
