Went by Portier Jewelers this past Sunday and it was such pleasant experience with the entire staff. Mr. Portilla soldered my wedding rings (engagement/bands). I am still beaming with smiles from my ring! His work was so meticulous, undetectable, seamless, clean, skillful, aligned. Can’t tell it is soldered. I feel like I have a brand new ring and just love it even more now. It was was what I wanted but more than I envisioned. My stones were also cleaned. The staff is very patient and friendly, and they bent over backwards to accommodate my jewelry needs. The day I was there I was just looking, but walked away with a layaway and some rings sized, and a new ring that was so beautiful and unique that I knew I had to have it because no one else would have one like it. Their merchandise is hand selected and so unique and of excellent quality. There was a second piece that I fell in love with but I don’t get paid until Friday, and that’s when she mentioned they could do a layaway for me so I would have to worry about someone buying it before I got paid, and there was no minimum deposit or time limit for the payments. She said I could even do the payments over the phone so I wouldn’t have to keep coming in. They sized two rings while I was looking and she cleaned everything I had on out of courtesy. The customer service here is stellar, and I will now be making this my favorite place to buy jewelry and have my items sized, fixed and cleaned. Thank you so much Portier Jewelers!!!

I have been a customer of Portier Jeweler for seven years. Mr. Ed has repaired and have done several custom pieces of jewelry for me. The quality of service has always been exceptional. He is the only jeweler that I know in the Festival Mall that will clean your jewelry at no charge. I give him five stars and highly recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

We wanted to resized my engagement ring and found Portier Jewelers. They did it for 25 minutes and it is perfect, my ring perfectly fit me. (Other jewerly salon told us it takes 1 month) Plus they cleaned it and polished. We will definitely come again. The stuff is very friendly and happy to help you.

I bought a ring the Smith there made and it was beautiful. Not long after I brought another ring I needed fixed and the Smith fixed it for free. Very laid back atmosphere and very knowledgeable. They also make pieces to order All in all a great experience. Great jewelry. Great service. Would definitely recommend.

I brought in 5 broken necklaces and 1 broken earring that had sentimental value to me and they had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes!! They were so nice too. Very professional and more than reasonably priced. I'm definitely coming back when my son breaks more of my jewelry and maybe even getting some pieces rhodium dipped! The joys of having a toddler has its price 😁

These guys are great! Not only are they super professional but they are the nicest people. I bring my wife’s engagement ring every now and then to get cleaned And it looks like new every time I get it back. I wouldn’t consider leave that ring with anyone but them!

I needed my wedding set deep cleaned and rhodium plated. I called around my area and didn’t get good vibes from a few places so I decided to try this little hole in the wall. I was a little nervous at first, this is a tiny shop in the fiesta marketplace, but I’m a big fan of small businesses so I thought what the heck.
They were suuuuuper friendly and professional. They explained exactly what they would be doing, how long it would take and offered to call me or have me come back within the hour.
I went back and my rings look brand new. They told me that do everything jewelry related and I believe it. I’ll definitely be back.
