First time at the Festival, Went to look around and happen to find this store. Decided to make a nice surprise for my wife for Valentines and purchased 4 fragrances all from recommendations from the young guy that works there. Now let me tell you u he hit it out of the park!! Wife loved every single one! Amazing store!

My mom bought me a bottle of Michael Kors perfume for Mother’s Day. The sprayer on the bottle was broken and live far away from Glam Cosmetics and could not go into the store to return it. My mom called and spoke with Mini, the owner and she could not have been more helpful! She offered to send me a new bottle with a return label for the broken bottle. Thank you, Mini for such great customer service! I highly recommend Glam Cosmetics!

BUYER BEWARE!!!! They sold me a fake bottle of Shalimar. The bottle was a close copy, but fake. Stay away unless you want to get ripped off. I was a customer of theirs for years, but now I would never go back. Macy’s may be $25 or more, but at least what you pay for is made by Guerlain. The empty bottle on the left in the picture is the real Shalimar. One more thing: I have been buying from them for many years. Why have a fake perfume in the store and then refuse to refund the price to a long-time customer? Because they are CROOKS and DISHONEST. I never write reviews — if just one customer learns from my experience then I am glad I took the time.
