The clothes in this boutique are GORGEOUS! And fit like a glove. There are many different types of styles for all tastes and body types. Lori was very helpful in styling me for my upcoming events which made shopping so fun and easy. Also, the inventory is rotated often so there are always some new pieces to view. The clothes are such good quality and amazing style that I doubt I will see someone rocking the same outfit as me. 5 stars hands down!

Theresa and Caitlin were absolutely amazing, their customer service and professionalism were 5 stars. I was starting to panic because I couldn't find white for a all white wedding. I walked it was greeted by Theresa who asked if there was anything specific I was looking for when I explained she pulled 3 beautiful white pieces. I bought 2 of the pieces she recommended. I even found a few other items. I've found a great boutique and I won't have to worry about seeing it everywhere because it's unique.

Shopped here today for the first time. Such a pleasurable experience! Laurie helped me choose a number of items that were perfect for my figure. Can't wait to return when I have more time.

Absolutely terrible service from the owner, and will NEVER purchase a garment from this supplier.

Was blatantly disrespected when trying on a few dresses this afternoon, being told that "if you do not have an immediate event to go to, you do not need to be trying on these dresses!" Furthermore, that "theses dresses are not cheap, and can easily be damaged."

...I can afford any one of the dresses I picked up, 3 times over!

As I returned to the dressing room to immediately change, the owner continued to openly articulate to her sales associates that, "she doesn't need to be trying on these dresses if she's not serious. They're not to be played in."

EXCUSE ME!!!

It is impossible to fully articulate how utterly disrespected and degraded I felt. The owner had no moral, courtesy, nor regard for how to address a potential customer, let alone a human being. Customer service went COMPLETELY out the window! Despite the fact that the sales associates were considerate, respectful, and helpful, the owner was DEMEANING, and gave her own business a DISDAINFUL reputation.

It is certainly a shame, because as a former beauty pageant ambassador, I was simply seeking prospective gowns for forthcoming events. Though their items were exquisite, that is NOT enough...I am at a loss for words!

I am unclear whether this was a matter of prejudice, racism, or discrimination of age, socioeconomic status, or outward appearance. Nevertheless, such treatment is NEVER acceptable under any circumstances PERIOD!; regardless of the managerial position, or the presumptive franchise affluence.

Like any other respectful customer, I returned the garments to the rack as carefully as I had picked them up and tried them on.

I left with a warm goodbye, assuring that because of how I was treated, I would NEVER make a purchase, or even the slightest consideration of a purchase, from their franchise again.

These ladies attitudes were completely disgusting!! I just came out of there and purposely didn’t purchase what I came in the store for because of their energy. Neither of them even attempted to say hello and I over heard one of them telling the other to keep an eye on me. Completely disrespectful and prejudice!!! Your customer service was disgusting next time try talking about a customer not while they are in your store!! That’s not even safe.
