Cody's On 4th

Because it was pouring rain downtown while we shopped, we came here. We were welcomed in by the staff and informed us of their specials. We were starving, so we ordered a variety. First, chicken salad entree with homemade honey garlic dressing that was delicious. We shared half of a Cuban on rye with black bean soup, amazing. I enjoyed a tuna salad on a croissant with homemade pasta salad, so good! However, we missed the chalkboard of tea and coffee, but no worries we'll be back to try them and get more of that coffee cake! They also have a new menu for your dog, can't wait to bring them!

Delicious lovely outdoor patio brunch!! We loved the dairy free vegetarian sandwich Lighter Side with fresh veg on it. Fruit cup was very fresh and sweet seasonal selection. Server very kind helpful. Would definitely recommend and go back. No Hashbrown or fried egg type choices but cafe fare that looked very good! Nice menu options. Fresh bakery items! We had a white chocolate raspberry scone. Coffee was available with Almond milk so that was huge win for our group! Cute decor in darling cafe in historic Mount Dora!

Dont bother with the bad reviews, the people that run this place are extremely friendly and cust service is up in the stars!!!! Food quality is amazing!!! We ordered a little if everything!

Nice home town cafe, Farmers Quiche and BLT-e breakfast sandwich were excellent.

We had not been here in years, and enjoyed seeing the new decor. The food was tasty as always.

I love Cody’s!! When we decided to go to Mount Dora for the day, we knew we had to come to Cody’s. The staff was amazing and the food was delicious! You could easily tell the locals were highly thought of by the staff because they knew their name and exactly what they wanted! Highly recommend getting a coffee, homemade quiche, or a salad with the delicious honey garlic dressing. I easily could’ve gone just for a delicious salad alone! Next time we’re passing through, I’ll be swinging by there again!

Great place for breakfast. There is a little something for everyone on the menu. The food portions are perfect. You won't leave feeling hungry, but you won't be too full either. I ordered the loaded oatmeal which has tons of fresh fruit and pecans in it served with a side of brown sugar. The coffee is delicious. They also serve breakfast cocktails like mimosas. The place is small and quaint. The walls are lined with old photographs of Mount Dora. Just an all around unique cafe. This place is the perfect spot before heading to the surrounding shops.

Fantastic breakfast options, hard to choose but everything was delicious. We are Brits and love this coffee shop, visiting every time we come to Mt. Dora.

3. Food, we got 1/2 and 1/2. Quiche and Reuben , each with a house salad. Each was very, very good and salad very good also, with great salad dressing.

Mount Dora Market village and quaint down town are. Great place for fresh bread, jalapenos and peaches! If you go don't miss the shops, the cupcakes and lunch at Codys! I had the Muffeletta sandwich n my wife had a grill cheese with basil/parmesan tomato soup(with chardonnay and fresh coffee). Both were awesome and you can bring your dog!!!

Cody’s probably served us the best soup (French cabbage), salad (Garden with the honey garlic dressing), and sandwiches (hot pastrami and Cuban) we have ever had! Everything was made in-house and so fresh. Cody’s is a must go! The Bellini and champagne mojito were great too!

What a nice place! Good food and great service. Just what you need when you come to mt Dora and want to have good food and relaxing time! Recommending this place 100% Try the Mexican soup. You leave the place totally energized!

On this particular day we chose to dine at a quaint table & chair with an umbrella out front of the restaurant for morning breakfast due to the inside dining area being filled. As luck works have it, it started to rain. We had already ordered & other tables outside were filled as well. The waitress was a trooper! She continued to come in & out carrying everyone’s orders, filling drinks, etc all while it was pouring rain. Never once did she complain. The food was delicious & despite the weather, a very good experience! Would highly recommend!

Cody's on 4th is the place to go. Nothing beats quality like fresh food. Freshly picked herbs, fresh mimosas, French toast casserole, and The Hangover sandwich. Delicious!!!

I think I may have found my new place for breakfast/ brunch on Sundays. They offer breakfast and lunch sandwiches as well as quiche for breakfast. Very clean inside and plenty of seats outside for dining and relaxing. The service is great but may take a little while to get, mind you it was pretty busy when I went but no complaints. The mimosas are yummy too! Great place!

Great basic breakfast downtown & a great cup of coffee. Very popular & very busy after about 8:30a, so show up early! I came here for breakfast two days in a row.

The food was very well cooked it was super fast and efficient. Everything we ate was fresh. They serve real fruit and their coffee tastes very pure. They were on top of checking on us and everyone was super friendly! 100% recommend

Dog friendly patio and good breakfast choices.

Excellent home made quiche. Several selections daily. Excellent bagel and egg sandwiches served in a quaint setting. Sidewalk seating is dog friendly.
