I was impressed with the honest salesmanship at Phillips Toyota. I never felt I was being pushed into purchasing a particular vehicle or manipulated to include add-ons. I bought a pre-sale vehicle and received weekly updates on progress of vehicle arrival. Both Duey and Ryan were great! The transfer of title and signing of paperwork was painless and timely. I had a 7:30 am appointment and was out before 8:30 ! Fast friendly as always from check in to checkout!!! My car was clean getting back in ! And the waiting room had fresh hot. Coffee ( thank goodness for that!)

Had to bring my sequoia in for an airbag recall. from beginning to end my service advisor Nick did a fantastic job at communicating to me how long it will take to complete, and actually had it done in that time period. They even took me in their free shuttle to go eat somewhere and picked me up when I was done. This was by far the best experience I've ever had from a dealership service department and props to Nick again for everything!

Brian Perez was our salesman, he was very knowledgeable about product, very patient about letting us make our choice, and helped us over a few decision hurdles in a very polite and intelligent way. I would definitely recommend him as a sales person, and the dealership was a pleasant place to be as well.

I needed an inspection to determine if a new rattle sound in my Lexus was concerning before my visiting adult children used it. Phillips Toyota made time for me on a busy day and kindly explained the sound was not my vehicles issue.The charge for the driving inspection was more than fair. I made an appointment for a 100,000 mileage check up and I feel confident they will be thorough.

Easiest experience I've ever had purchasing a vehicle. Nobody was pushy or pressuring at all. Our salesman, Duey, was so knowledgeable and helpful and absolutely wonderful. My husband and I both needed vehicles, and he took care of us like family. The financial department and the service team were excellent too! We had a small issue after we left with the tailgate on my husband's truck, and when we brought it back in, they didn't hesitate to get on top of it and it was fixed and like new in 5 minutes! I'd recommend this team to ANYONE looking for a vehicle. You won't be disappointed!

Sean was great from the moment I walked in. I came in on a Friday night and he was patient with me and made me feel welcomed. I had been to a few dealerships the previous weeks shopping around and with being a “young” buyer I didn’t feel very respected. I ended up coming back the next day to purchase my vehicle. The whole process they made me feel comfortable and confident about my purchase (Tom included, the finance guy). I paid a fair price and no crazy dealership fees for my Toyota Highlander. My only con was not getting as much as I wanted for my trade but it was pretty close.
