I had my first experience getting my vehicle serviced at Jenkins Nissan of Leesburg today and it was an exceptional service experience. From making the appointment, checking in with the service advisor and throughout the process, our visit there could not have been better. Service was fast and everyone was as helpful and as pleasant as anyone could hope to find. We left very impressed and will certainly be going back.

The service provided was exceptional. The waiting area was very comfortable, clean, and nicely organized. The refreshments were outstanding. The service was completed quickly and was done to my full satisfaction. The service representative was very courteous, pleasant, and professional. The cost was extremely reasonable and a full inspection was carried out at no cost to me.. Finally, they washed my car thoroughly. All-in-all, this was a great experience. I highly recommend Jenkins Nissan Leesburg.

I bought my very first car and Pierce helped make that happen! He listened to everything I wanted and helped me find my car! He was great to work with and I definitely recommend him. So if you’re looking for a car, y’all go talk to Pierce!

Finally writing review. Had the absolute pleasure of working with Michael Robin and his manager Jason in December. I was in such a horrible phase of my life and having to buy a car was the last thing i wanted to do. These two gentleman deserve all the credit in the world for me being happy to drive the vehicle i am able to. Thank you.

I gotta say the car buying experience can be overwhelming. But pierce at Nissan made it easier & a little less stressful. If you are in the market, go see pierce as he did everything he could to meet my expectations!

I came into Nissan Friday 1/10/24 and I met with Kasey Walker the salesman, he was such a wonderful help. I was a little optimistic that I wouldn’t get a car, the process was long because my credit score wasn’t the best. But throughout the wait and the process Kasey kept me laughing and cheerful. I battle horrible anxiety and told Kasey when I came to Nissan my anxiety issues and he ensured me that he was going to take care of me. He did just that! I work in customer service and I know first hand how it is dealing with other people’s personality and to have a job as a salesman Kasey surpassed my expectations.

The atmosphere is relaxing. Customers are greeted in a professional manner...the service staff are knowledgeable and courteous. While you wait for service, you can enjoy your choice of coffee and snacks. The best news? Your wait is brief. The service team are the best...kudos to Mary!

I was told that the recall item would take up to 1.5 hours to complete. I had a very comfortable and quiet place to read my book with a lovely cup of coffee and then, found out that it was only 45 minutes with the car ready and waiting when I made it outside. It was great.

Darren my service Advisor did an excellent job. I very much appreciate his response to my concerns regarding issue I was having with my Truck! I travel a lot for my occupation so I have experienced several other Nissan Dealer Service departments. To date Jenkins Nissan has the service department I feel I can trust and appreciate the most.

I always have my oil changed at Jenkins Nissan Leesburg and it is always a wonderful, trouble-free experience. The employees are always friendly and the Service Manager is an exceptionally nice and pleasant person. I have mobility issues and he gets my rollator out of my trunk without even being asked. He just does it. What a wonderful person he is! I cannot say enough good things about the employees of Jenkins Nissan. Thank you one and all!
