We weren't ready to buy a new vehicle but this dealership was right on target with making us feel valued. They heard our concerns and worked through them. We are very happy with the experience. Eddie Peralta was a kind and patient salesman. He listened and fit us with a vehicle that met our needs.

Experience was great! This was the fastest oil change appointment I’ve ever had. My service advisor Will (I think that was his name) was great! Efficient, friendly and communicative. I always have to work during these appointments and the sales department is always great about getting me an empty desk to sit at and work. The service department waiting area does not have any outlets or tables to be able to work if you need to, so you have to ask the sales department. They are always gracious at finding me a place to sit and plug in. They always take care of my car and me! Thanks KIA of Leesburg!

Me and my wife love Kia of Leesburg. They are the best you need a new car used car go there. Sales department is awesome service department the best ever no one can touch them see for yourself.

We purchased a 2024 Telluride. I was promised a trailer hitch & harness at the time of purchase. Nothing in writing just a conversation. However the 2024 hitches were not out yet. Two + months later I have a new hitch setup on my Kia. Not many car dealerships would remember such a promise after that length of time! I really appreciate the service and commitment I received from Kia of Leesburg!!!! Thanks guys!!! Also for the very neat a compact job (pic)!!!

Everyone has always been so knowledgeable and and helpful at this dealership! I have found them to be up front with information about availability both when I was shopping for a new car, and when trying to purchase a luggage shelf for my new car. I have d alt with 2 other KIA dealerships, (Clermont and City), and found that I was lied to at both of them. I will stick with the Leesburg dealership because honesty is extremely important!

We are new customers at Kia of Leesburg. We purchased a pre-owned Honda, and we are getting that serviced as well as our Telluride. We arrived early for our appointments and were taken right on time/early. We are assigned a service manager, who kept us informed about our vehicle’s progress. They even sent us a video of the checks they made and their recommendations—air filters mostly. This was terrific, because we could review that while we were waiting instead of when it was time to go. We showed up for oil changes, but we had some other concerns and they absolutely took care of us. They proactively sought a discount for us since we had recently purchased that car. The customer lounge is amazing! There is a cafe with beverages including sodas and coffee, small snacks, wifi, and a charging station. The cafe has tables and chairs so I could continue working, and the lounge has comfortable chairs. I heartily recommend Kia of Leesburg for auto purchases and service!

I've had a few experiences with Max and he does a great job of explaining the features of the vehicle and I did not feel like any funny games were played when presenting the numbers to me. I would recommend Max.

Always so courteous, and so quick to help! Always such a clean and pleasant and cheerful environment, when waiting for one’s car to be serviced!
And always doing their honest best and efficient work!

Steve W in service department was AMAZING. I had such a great experience. He was very helpful and sweet, eased my anxiety and made sure I got a rental right away and kept me updated the whole time about my vehicle repair. He asked about how my new job was going and everything.

I have to say out of my 15 years of buying a car this is one of the greatest experiences ever even though my car was not trade-able they still worked with me especially TIMMMMM!!!!!! Ask for him tell him pat sent you….hes humble and he loves what he do…hes been there for 11 years and i must say he is very humble not pushy and if you want that particular car you have your eyes set on he will not tell you to get another car i only had a certain amount to put down but let me tell you TIM and his team worked with me and got me what i want and love for xmas i will be sending gim a thank you gift im actually crying right now because he got me something for me and my kids to enjoy for the long future thank you so much this is a testimony!!!!!!! Kia of Leesburg is an excellent repair facility. They do what’s needed to get your vehicle repaired as quickly as possible. Service Rep. Steve W. Was excellent and communicated via text and phone calls explaining the status. I would not hesitate to return for needed repairs.

Juan was a great salesman. Never pressured us at all. Worked with us to get us in the vehicle we wants. We would definitely send family and friends to Juan in the future. Tina was also great! Helped us with the financials and was with us every step of the way. Thank you guys so much! We love our new car

We felt no pressure, which is unusual. The car we bought wasn't what we were looking for at first but with out the sales department working with us I thought we could never have gotten it. We are so happy with this car and how the dealership made it happen I can't say enough for the experience. The downside is how long it takes to buy a car. We didn't feel abandoned by the sales people though. It just takes a long time.

I had a pleasant experience at this dealership. I came wanting to buy a Hyundai Tucson and went to quite a few dealerships but last minute wanted to compare with a Kia sportage. Divonte was able to answer all of my questions, he was helpful yet not pushy. I ended up buying a sportage and I have no buyers remorse. It was overall a pleasant experience as far as car buying goes.

Had such a great experience here. They worked with me relentlessly to get a payment I was comfortable with and even went above and beyond with my trade in!! Max was the biggest help when it came to finding what I wanted, and Mike helped make it happen!!
