Hola Cuban Cafe

Haven't been able to stay for food yet, but the espresso is excellent. Emily up front is exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food has always looked exceptional and I can't wait to stop in for lunch some day soon. Indoor dining is a very quaint spot and the patio is picturesque.

First time eating Cuban sandwich (tavern ham, slow roasted pork, swiss cheese, pickles, and mustard on Cuban bread), and I am now a believer. The sandwich was made with love.

Tried the Papa Rellena - mashed potato balls stuffed with beef filling. Nice addition to the Cuban sandwich.

The only reason why I rated a 4 was due to the pork empanada. I'm not a fan. Way too much vinegar and pickle taste, which overpowered the pork. They also offered a ham, egg, and cheese, which is most likely better.

I 100% recommend this Cuban restaurant. Next time, I want to try the Cuban coffee and pastries.

We came to Ferdendina Florida to a place called Hola Cuban cafe. We had the Cuban sandwich, ham croquettes, and yuca fries with a sauce. Everything was excellent, I felt like I was back in Cuba when I was a kid. If you want some authentic Cuban come to Hola’s, you won’t regret it.

Nothing like a good Cuban coffee near by. Our visit to this little place was amazing, the service was super cozy and even the owner stopped by to say hi and ask about the service. Coffee was delicious, the beef empanada were super tasty too, and the vibe was just right.

Great spot for a quick lunch and snack. Espresso was exceptional. Would definitely come back again. The Cuban sandwich, Cuban grilled cheese, and beef croquettes were particularly good. The beef empanada wasn't my favorite, but it was a matter of personal taste and wasn't a reflection of the quality.

This is a nice quaint Cuban restaurant. Limited seating but there is also outside seating as well.

Servers were friendly and helpful. We had the Cuban sandwich. It was outstanding. The pork was moist, flavorful with perfect seasonings. And the sandwich is huge, enough to share. Also tried the Yuca Fries. Perfectly seasoned and cooked.

I was so looking forward to coming here and it did not disappoint! Service was kind and quick, everyone was so polite and on top of everything. The cafe con leche was absolutely perfect! As was the Cuban sandwich. This place is a treasure on the island!

Came across this place by chance while driving to another place to eat. I'm glad the decision was made to eat here instead because the food was very tasty and reasonably priced. There isn't much room inside where you order, but the outside patio was a wonderful place to sit and enjoy some delicious food. You order at the counter inside and they bring the food out to you while you enjoy the scenery. I tried several items on the menu, including pastries and sandwiches. I recommend while in the area.

Beef empanadas were so delicious! Cortadito coffee with the splash of milk and sugar was THE most flavorful I've ever tasted!

Incredible Cuban food! The sweet plantain fritters were unreal, we also really enjoyed the pan de lechón and beef empanadas. The coconut water was so good we got some more cans to go. Highly recommend!

WOW!!! Really WOW!!! We were wandering around Fernandina/ Amelia Island area and stumbled on this place. You walk in and immediately are greeted warmly as you place your order at the counter and sit in this colorful and inviting sweet home. There is seating in a courtyard outside as well. Everything, I mean everything was so good and fresh!!! Had to try a sampling so, with help from the young lady taking our order, we got Media Noche, The Cuban (of course), Empanadas, Fried Yuca and Paola Rellena. The bread was heavenly, flavors were perfection and the sauces were so good! Soft drinks and coffee was a must too. So 😋!!!

Located in the hiatoric district of Ferdandina Beach on Florida's Amelia Island. Awesome Cuban sandwich shop. Eat on the patio, on the porch of inside. The historic district has many restaurants and shops, in a setting of ancient live oaks and vintage houses. I noticed a number of people who seemed to be picking up their lunch after ordering online.

Wish we could give this place even more than 5 stars! We love their empanadas! The Cafe con Leche amazing as well. We had the Breakfast Empanada, Chicken and Beef with their homemade sauces! Sat outside in the beautiful patio area and enjoyed every second of these homemade delights !

Never a bad experience! The best Cuban food in North Florida! This small Cafe offers the best combination of flavor, atmosphere, and service. I drive an hr away to experience these delicious flavors and based on the crowds, I can see why this Cafe is the go-to spot.

Stopped in for a late afternoon snack last week. Located in the walking area of Fernandina Beach. Had several empanadas and a Cuban sandwich. You must try the Cuban coffee. Definitely gave my afternoon a boost. Will stop in next time we are in the area.

One of my favorite quick eats on the island. When you’re here, you always feel like you’re home with family. The customer service is beyond your typical restaurant experience. Their staff is personable and makes everyone feel so welcome, just like you’re having lunch with friends. This restaurant provides an authentic taste of Cuba with a freshness and simplicity that can’t be matched. This family-ran establishment is the epitome of putting your blood, sweat, and tears into something you love. If only more businesses operated with this zeal and desire to succeed. Super grateful for Hola Cuban Cafe!

Great sandwiches, coffee, and pastries at a reasonable price. I used to go to their old location. Food is just as good, but a more welcoming environment.

We ordered Beef Empanadas, Croquettes, Pastelitos filled with cream cheese and Guava, a Cuban cheese sandwich and a Media Noche Sandwich. Everything deserved a five star rating. Pro Tip: If you want to enjoy an affordable lunch, this is the place to go!

Best Cuban sandwich with hundreds of miles! Great little place with a nice outside dining area.

Everything about this place is awesome. Best empanadas and pastelitos I’ve had in a long, long time. The coffee was strong and good. The service was great. I’ll definitely be back!
