I'll give them a 3-star for the overall quality of the finished product. It was okay, but nothing spectacular. However, the service and their attitude was so horrendous that I must give them 1-star overall.

My contractor hired them to install a closet in our house because they said they could do it in two weeks. We made a couple of changes, which rightfully added another week or two to the delivery time. But it took more than 5 MONTHS to complete.

And if our contractor hadn't stepped in and done some of the installation with his own crew, we'd still be waiting for Mica Craft to finish the job.

Their attitude was also a 1-star. The staff, including the owner himself, didn't really care that they were months late. And they often don't answer their phone, and their voice mail is always full. Our contractor had to personally drive to their offices several times to speak to someone and try to get them to get moving with the project.

Some of their staff even admitted to us that they make a decent product, but their installers often don't know what they're doing. And they take on too many projects and make promises they can never keep.
