Tried Trails End for the first time and WAS NOT DISSAPOINTED! The theming is one of the best I've seen. Food was insane (prime rib and the pork were out of this world). Characters were all really fun and unique.. the ambiance is very cool as well. Service was excellent.. its a shared app (plenty to share) and shared dessert. They had non dairy options that they brought out just for me. Plenty of kids options, food was well themed.. I just can't say enough!

Friendly staff and great bbq plates! We ate here for late lunch. I was impressed they had a chef come out for guest in front of me to explain possible allergens and recipes of menu items. We will eat here again when visiting. The pricing is typical for resorts. Family of 4 was about $75 Get the mugs with unlimited refills best bang for your buck for sure. They have cups that only allow refills for a certain time frame.

We had great experiences ordering from here while Trails End was being renovated. We had several mornings of Mickey Waffle breakfasts and breakfasts croissants since we like to sleep in and go to the parks in the late afternoon. My kids loved being able to eat the Mickey Waffles right at our own resort in our own RV. We had the Fried Chicken family meal with mashed potatoes with gravy and macaroni and cheese, and lunch burgers and salad from here. We clicked we’re here right as we got to the back so our food was always made fresh and piping hot when they brought it down to us and we took it straight back to our RV to eat. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I didn’t get photos of everything but I highly recommend the fried chicken, it’s a must every year, it’s a million times better than Chef Arts homecoming fried chicken. I said what I said. It’s the same chicken they serve at Hoopty Doo Review, which is incredibly fun and a must do at least once.

Many complain about the buffet being gone. Family Style is where it's at! HOT, Fresh and TONS of delicious food served right to your table. If you want more, just ask. Started off with salad. Then a bread basket which included: Goat Cheese Biscuits, Corn Bread and Hushpuppies. Followed by the main course: Fried Chicken, Sausage, Brisket, Green Beans & Potatoes. I followed other recommendations and substituted the rotisserie chicken for the fried chicken. My family of 6 feasted until we thought we were going to explode. And then... They brought out dessert. A giant clear cowboy hat layered with pound cake, ice cream, cookies, whipped cream and plenty of cherries to make everyone happy. The second complaint after the buffet extinction was the cost. I do not remember the exact price per person, adults were thirty- something each and children a few dollars less. Disney automatically adds gratuity to a party of 6 or more, so all in and out the door it was $226 for my family of 6. [Worth EVERY PENNY!]

One of our traditions.. our first night of camping requires a fried chicken family meal from P&Js. We then bike it back to our camp site and enjoy!!

Things look a little different now, but P&Js came through once again.

I had a great experience... The burger was very tasty and the dacquri was even better.. 😁 I'm not sure why there's so many bad reviews out there.. it's one of the cheapest meals you will find at Disney...

The $17 pizza if a full sized large pizza, the chicken combo was delicious and the coke slaw with it was amazing.

The berry chicken salad was great, all and all this was a good meal

Had late lunch and my first time there. Even though it was after the lunch crowd, my chicken was hot, very tender and delicious and mashed potatoes/gravy was hot and tasty as well. Coleslaw was really good. Employee was very pleasant and helpful. Very pleased with the total experience..

I feel like PJs offers one of the best value meals available on the Walt Disney World property. The Chicken & Ribs family meal was delicious, and the mashed potatoes were fixed exactly like my wife and I love them, with the potato skins still on. Fried chicken was delicious, and the ribs were very flavorful.

For the strawberry shortcake I would have liked more strawberries and shortcake and less cream, but again a good value for what it is.

PRO-TIP: Get the $22 refillable mug if you're resort hopping instead of going to the parks. It was a game-changer.

We love P&J's. When we are at the Fort we will usually get takeout a few times. When we aren't at the Fort, we stop by at least once.

Since Trails End still isn't a buffet, we skip it even though we love Trails End. P&J's is the way to go. Their Fried Chicken, Pulled Pork and Ribs are great. The mash potatoes are really good and their french fries are on par with McD's, maybe better. Their Mac n' Cheese is hit or miss. We had it our first day here and it was really creamy. Last night however, it was really dry. I would give 4.5 stars if I could, but can't so I went 4 stars because of the dry Mac n' Cheese. That should not have been offered to us.

We did not mobile order last night or our first night at the Fort. The Cast Members are always great and the wait is acceptable. I like how they let us get our own plastic wear, plates and napkins. I hate going to takeout places and getting way more than we need or not enough.

What better atmosphere than sitting at a table at the Fort's Marina and enjoying P&J's? Even eating at the picnic tables just outside the building is a good option if there isn't a crowd waiting to get into the Hoop Dee Do Review.

P&J's is, in my opinion, the best value at Disney World. Their prices are not typical Disney prices. The 8 piece chicken meal is on par with KFC. The Ribs and Pulled Pork are reasonable too.

Even if Trails End goes back to being a buffet (big F-ing hint Disney, bring the Buffets back!), We will still eat at P&J's.

One of the best quickly service meals at WDW! Definitely get the 4-piece fried chicken and half rack of ribs. It's $25+ change, so it's a fantastic value. You get 2 sides each (4 total) plus a mini loaf of cornbread. Best value and quality we've found!!

We grabbed breakfast here twice. Kids loved the mickey waffles $8.99, husband had the kitchen sink (eggs, biscuit, tater tots, bacon or sausage and 2 french toast sticks) $12 and I had the oatmeal for $4. All was good, not badly priced and there was plenty of clean tables for us to sit. Also both mornings the ladies at the counter were very nice. We ordered inside because we couldn't connect to the wifi outside the restaurant, they were very accommodating.

The fries are good. The bacon cheeseburger is decent. The pizza is good as well, though sometimes not enough cheese. They will actually make a gluten free pizza (wasn't on the menu) that is good (smaller than the regular, more of a personal size ... Thin and crispy..

Value .... Well, measure it in convenience vs price.

What can I say other than this place is the single best food I've ever eaten at a Disney park or resort. The ribs were amazing and smoked perfectly! The quality and quantity of the food you recieve are above the price. Me and the wife got over full for 30 dollars and we loved every bite. You will not regret this choice. Located near the marina and next to Trails End restaurant

It's actually pretty good for being a theme park style eatery. Of course prices are a little high but when you are camping in area it's the only choice that's close and convenient. Food was good and didn't taste old or fast food like. outdoor area to eat and they are pretty fast. Many options also along with good customer service.

This is a really great place to get some take out and bring it back to your campsite. Its the same kitchen as hoop dee do musical review. The food is really good for reasonable prices for a disney property. We order a bucket of chicken and sides every time we come to Ft. Wilderness which is 4 or 5 times a year. Cornbread, beans, slaw, Mac and cheese, fries are all winners. They had some covid problems with filling orders a couple of months ago but June of 2021 they were spot on. They fry the chicken to order so it takes 20 minutes or so.

We really only review when were completely satisfied (5 star = completely satisfied), this is good food if your staying at Fort Wilderness. In our two visits this year, we've done the ribs, fried chicken, tenders, pizza, burgers, pulled pork, & chili. Never disappointed. A great late meal after long days in parks. Tomorrow we'll be getting the breakfast sandwiches.
Message to Disney, this place should stay open at least an hour or two past the latest fireworks show any given night.
