Fulton's General Store

This is a beautifully themed general store. They have pretty much of everything your family may need to meet your vacation needs for food, snacks, toys, games, clothing, jewelry, souvenirs, soft drinks, beer, wine, water, juices, milk cereal, smartbands, etc. Make sure you check it out.

Absolutely Disney! The staff is super happy and friendly and ready to help you with anything at all. The general store is fully stocked with all the Disney wonder anyone could want. Yes, you can get Disney stuff at plenty of other places, but it's not Disney stuff from Fulton's unless it came from Fulton's General Store at Port Orleans Riverside!

My brother and his family stayed at this resort, so we decided to checkout Fulton’s General Store. It’s the largest Disney hotel gift shop I have visited. So much space to leisurely shop without invading any other shoppers’ personal space compared to the Magic Kingdom gift shop. They have so many items here. I would suggest if you or other family/friends are staying at this resort, shop here before going to the parks. It will save you some time at the parks; not to mention, less muscle work to lug the shopping bags around the parks.

Another wonderful feature about this gift shop was the two sets of animatronics, Donald Duck with his nephews and Goody with two small Mickey-looking characters (not sure who they were). They were fun to look at.

The two young ladies at the registers near the front were very sweet, but didn’t talk much. The guy at the back registers seemed very informative as I heard him helping a customer.

We love staying at Port Orleans and while staying here we picked out a Christmas gift for our daughter however when we returned to purchase it, they were completely out of stock all over Disney. In true Disney spirit, The Guest Manager Rafael assured us he would not stop checking until he found one. Not only did he find one but he shipped it and it arrived in time for Christmas. Thank you so much for taking the time and providing the above and beyond great customer experience that Disney is known for.

Located right off the Lobby. Loved having this store on site. Not just the usual souvenirs, and a good selection of them, but great staples you may have forgot front home and a chiller with cold foods and beverages.

Packages counter has the merchandise sent over from the parks. Visited the pin board there a few times, too!

First visit to Port Orleans and first time pin trading! BIG shout out to Erin who made our time extra special with some Disney Magic. This was my 3rd Disney trip in 1 year and my 12th trip all together. Pin trading is addicting and I had the best time @ Fulton's ! It'll be my first stop when I return!

The Gift shop has Friendly staff and if you've purchased to many items inside the Disney parks and don't have enough room to pack them into your luggage Fultons will pack them up and ship the items to your home at a reasonable rate its a pretty simple process but they can't ship personal items there but the front desk will ship them separately for you not sure about the rates at the front desk though

Basically this is the convenience shop for the resort. It is massive and has everything from beer to Advil to magazines and books.

I love going to the gift shops at all the resorts.

Very well stocked with staples and gifts.

Great store and has great products.

Everything and anything you need they have it !!

Belle et grande boutique située à côté de la réception. Les tentations sont partout, produits Disney et même produits à l’effigie de l’hôtel. On y trouve également des articles de première nécessité (médicaments, crème solaire etc)
Personnel agréable évidemment !
