Hampton Inn West Palm Beach Florida Turnpike

Now this maybe a bias opinion since I love all Hilton hotels however this one was pretty awesome! Great location by the turnpike and restaurant and shopping plaza all in walking distance. Rooms are clean, modern and spacious. Nice pool area , entrance and breakfast. Their water is so nice and hot and great pressure. Great customer service as well. I guess the only complain would be one of the elevators not working which is a minor issue in the scheme of all since there was another working elevator. Overall 5 stars hotel!!!

We had such a clean, comfortable room & breakfast was delicious! Dijon was at the front desk when we checked out & he was so warm and friendly & had a great smile!! He even helped us out to our car! We will definitely stay there again when we come to West Palm Beach, FL.

The staff was really wonderful here. Very friendly. Breakfast was a bit lacking but the staff again was super friendly and kind. Renovations ongoing but they're doing the best they can and honestly it didn't interfere with the stay. The rooms were quiet, clean, and appointed modestly as one might expect from a Hampton inn. Looking forward to seeing the renovations here and glad they're putting some resources to make sure this place stays modern and fresh. The location was super convenient and you can walk to a Walmart, Walgreens, and a few restaurants. That said, it's not the beach- but it is super practical and it's great for traveling. Would certainly stay again.

Awesome You know it's funny I stated in embassy suites last night Two night stay I was not happy poor customer service and the room was filthy She sent me to a dirty room She did not swipe my keys I could not get in I was very unhappy. But this Hampton Inn Let's put a smile back on my face It's back up to Hilton standards I thank you and you guys are all awesome.

Had a great time here room's were recently renovated. Breakfast was good, decent selection. Staff was courteous and friendly.

This location is exceptional. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Robert at the front desk answered all of our questions and made sure our stay went smooth.

Breakfast was really good and the area was very clean. The pool area was nice and even had a couple of grills for cooking out and plenty of tables and chairs for guests.

Hotel is very close to all the conveniences for a vacation and just minutes from the beach.

We will definitely be staying again and recommending others who need a place in the area.

Loved the 3 day stay, very nice to my 3 service dogs, one is retired due to her age of 17 years old, VA made me get my new service dog 2 years ago, but you guys were great allowing us to have my son's service dog and my 2. Great breakfast bar and very quiet. Slept great.

It was our first time staying at this hotel, I was greatly impressed more, so, with the staff; Robert, Felicia, and Halina, this past weekend 2/26/23.
The room was more than we expected very comfortable and clean. The cleaning crew was excellent with cleaning quietly and very polite. We enjoyed the location the most, surrounded by businesses we needed at that time. Walmart, Longhorn, local and small businesses. Thank you, Hampton, for such a professional team!

Last minute booking & had read mixed reviews. The room was pretty dated but also very clean. The breakfast skip it, don't even look it (it's really not good). BUT the staff, especially the manager - are amazing. Some of the best hospitality & service I've experienced. One of those hotels that does what it says on the tin - practical and well priced.

Was a very late (2am) arrival yet Was able to get checked in somewhat easily. I thought we had a different room according to Hilton Honors, but I must have mis-read the floor plan. The lady working the breakfast area was incredible! We will be glad to stay there again.

The entire staff is great to deal with. The hotel is very clean and accommodating. I appreciate the attention to detail housekeeping provides and more importantly the kindness and professionalism the front desk staff exudes. With everything going on in the world it’s nice to walk in to a hotel and see a smiling face greet you. Two Thumbs up Ollie and Max!

This Hampton inn is magnificent, it is clean from the inside to the outside, the workers are nice and welcoming, the breakfast is delicious you have a choice of hot and cold breakfast, the pool side is relaxing and peaceful, it's right in the center of everything, the shopping center, the Okeechobee Blvd runs straight into the Wellington green mall , the amphitheater , the airport, the Turnpike, the location is great. Could not asks for more. I don't want to say too much because when I am ready to book my room again I might get a pop up this hotel is Full🤣

Clean and comfortable. The breakfast and fresh cookies were way better then the average complimentary breakfast.

I am a Hilton honors member and we were at the hotel for 4 nights. When I asked they gave us two bottles of water when we cheeked in. When I asked if we could have additional waters during our stay we were told were only allowed two for the entire stay of four nights! RIDICULOUS!!

Came from Orlando to spend New Years with family And checked in here. Upon checking in my room had a issue that I notified the front desk of, her name was Brittany.. she helped me without hesitation or problems and moved me to a different room, a bigger even nicer room. Thank you Hampton Inn for your hospitality and making sure you’re guest are comfortable you made my stay with you guys awesome. The room was nice and clean.

Hotel was clean and the staff was excellent. Definitely would stay there again in the future.

Julie and Whitney were so sweet and helpful. Excellent customer service is in short supply these days. I was really impressed with the service from the moment I walked in. The breakfast was great. I'll be staying at this hotel whenever I travel from here on out.
