Truly a hospitality treasure! I asked for seating at the bar.. it was lunch time and just starting to get busy.. he came back and checked on me to make sure I was being taken care of…you can tell he loves his job! It’s hard to find naturally personable people..
Monica was my Bartender and she was also amazing! Attentive, friendly and informative… she customized my Old Fashioned and it was perfect! Delicious! They’ve expanded their menu with additional great options! It was unseasonably hot out so I decided on the Crispy Parmesan Brussels Sprouts! Refer to my pictures.. I know they are trending now so I order them wherever I go.. these are definitely the best! A huge portion and enough for a table to share! Crispy edges and perfectly cooked and seasoned.. Of course I ate the entire portion! I’m now dreaming about them.. a family friendly atmosphere, it’s spotless and I highly recommend! Definitely a 5 Star!!!

My favorite place for birthday freebies! We travel from Miami to this location every year since they closed the one in Miami; it’s well worth the trip!
The staff is always super friendly and vastly impressed with my French fry devouring skills!
The restaurant is always clean and inviting, the parking is plentiful.

Excellent food and service. The best burger I've har in WPB and a great option to anyone doing shopping in Tanger Outlet.

This was a very nice surprise. Haven't been to a RR in about 10 years after a bad experience at one down south. Izzy, our waitress, was awesome..so welcoming and Attentive. We ordered 4 burgers (one to go), everything was delicious and good, and exactly how we ordered! She definitely went above and beyond and you now have returning customers. She should be commended for her excellent service.

Every time I have been here, I have never been disappointed! The food is very yummy. I never ate anything bad here. The atmosphere is lovely. The service is great. I don't mind the wait since patience is a virtue. Anyone who has anything negative to say about Red Robin is not someone I would want around as company.

10/10 service! My order as in the picture was a Haystack Double Burger, and as was eating it that I took it off the wrapping paper, I realized it had a glove inside from the cook🥲 Luckily the server, Isabel, was just so kind, caring and great and she did not just only get me a new burger with fries but gave me a complementary(delicious) dessert. Along with genuine apologies, which was appreciated. Then the head manager of the location made my burger again and apologized for the inconvenience. I really recommend coming here despite the incident, they all handled it like pros and it was noticeable that it was a genuine human mistake. All in all the rest of the food was delicious and their Minute Maid raspberry lemonade too.

I have been trying several items from the menu and I have to say: it’s amazing! The taste, freshness, you can feel every single ingredient melting in your mouth; from the guac through the great beef patty, burgers, wraps, salads, cocktails!

I went with my husband for our anniversary, I know it may be random for a wedding anniversary, but was waaaaay better than expected. We cannot way to go back! Our server was Monica at the bar, she’s amazing!

My wife and I are both Veterans. We decided to go to Ruby Tuesday to celebrate Veterans Day. It was delicious.
We walked in and were greeted by three very friendly and nice young ladies. One of them quickly walked us to our table. The restaurant looks very nice and clean and the service was very good . The food was delicious — especially the salad bar.

Food was great! I had a burger, sweet potato fries, and mudd pie. I enjoy dining at RR. The young lady at the bar was excellent - pleasant, friendly, and attentive.

Always love Red Robin! I have a gluten allergy and they were very accommodating I felt safe and taken care of. Amazing wonderful service from Gabby! Delicious burgers, gluten free bun AND fries in a separate fryer! Yummy! Will return for sure.

The food was great as always. They always have new menu items and free stuff for your birthday too!! Great services always checking in on us. TV's in all corners for sports...Definitely telling family and friends!!

Not usually a fan of Red Robin where I live but on vacation we stop here. Happy with what I got so much I burnt my mouth trying to eat it. No wait to get a seat. I got the bourbon burger with an added crispy chicken patty. I know I felt like a pig ordering it but it was amazing. Extremely fresh and refill on fries kept coming for the table. Will go again before leaving from vacation.

Great service, and the burger n fries were awesome. The drinks could have been a little stronger, but they were still delicious.

The food here was delicious and came out really quickly. Prices are very fair. Sabron was our server and he was absolutely amazing and very pleasant. Would definitely dine again when back in west palm!

Christina was SO sweet, and so was the manager! They took care of us and made sure that we were fully satisfied from start to finish. Talk about red carpet service! Wow. Super impressive. Good job everyone. This was my first time ever coming to Red Robin and I gotta say - IT LIVES UP TO THE HYPE!

As a gluten-free vegan I never expected to find a delicious meal at Red Robin, but I was so very wrong.

The staff was knowledgeable and their tabletop menu made it easy to make allergy-friendly choices. Even better, their gluten-free protocol includes separate cooking utensils AND a separate fryer!

The veggie burger, tucked into a lettuce "bun" was delicious and the sweet potato fries were a real treat.

We'll be back!

They tried to seat me in an area where there was a very bad smell in the carpeted area of the restaurant. Maybe it was probably due to who is the next waitress (section) to get a table. So, the attentive manager gave us a seat in an alternative section. The men's room was closed on that day. A note was placed on the door of the ladies' room (which had multiple stalls) that it was unisex to accommodate the problem for the time being until the situation was alleviated. The wait staff and management were wonderful, considering the conditions they had to withstand. I ordered a shrimp dish that was new to the menu. It was heavily breaded and overcooked. I told the very excellent waitress about the doneness of the shrimp, and she immediately got me a new one, which was much better. Because it's heavily breaded, I wouldn't order this particular dish again. As I said, the staff members were excellent.

Came in for dinner after dropping relative off at Airport. Clean restaurant. Friendly server (Mikayla). Ordered the Bleu Burger and it was good. Bottomless fries help too. The food was cooked perfectly. You pay at the electronic device at table.

Went here with my family, this place was awesome. This one waiter brings out fries for first-timers, it's really good. I would also recommend having the crispy chicken sandwich. 10/10
