We had a leak near our chimney. Adam came out and looked at the job and provided a variety of options and costs. His crew came out and did the work; they worked very hard and left no mess. It's rained (hard!) several times since the work was finished, and I'm happy to report that there are no more leaks. Adam is professional and helpful. I hope we don't have any more leaks, but if we do, I would call Roofing Experts back out.

Its very rare to find a company that exceeds your expectations like Roofing experts of South Florida . We are extremely happy with the concrete tile roof they did for us. They immediately responded to our call and provided estimates for tile, shingles and metal. Adam took the time to go over all our options and make sure we were informed every step of the way. The workers showed up when scheduled. Worked from early in the morning til late at night, and on the weekend to get our re-roof done. Never left a mess. Never had to be asked to do anything....they just did it! Roof was completed in a timely manner and at a good price. We love our new roof and get lots of compliments from neighbors. We would highly recommend Roofing Experts of South Florida.They are true professionals that take pride in their work.

More than just roofing experts, our roof came out beautiful and now a year with multiple storms still problem free, but the manager Adam was able to guide us through getting a new insurance policy. Like others, insurance said they were dropping us after the roof was turning 30. Adam was able to guide us when getting a new policy and making sure we had proper coverage with our new roof. He also made sure we got the proper discounts since he got us the best roofing system available. His employees were all super nice and communicative. A stressful situation and a big purchase, Adam really made the process as painless as it could be.

My wife and I needed a new roof and we really didn’t have a huge budget for it. Roofing Experts was recommended to us by a friend who said they did an outstanding job for them. We called and got a quote. It was priced very fair since we compared it to the other quotes we got, but we still didn’t have enough to cover the cost. Adam was so generous by giving us discounts and cutting the cost down, but then he allowed us to make payments on the final invoice since we were a little short. How awesome is that? Companies usually don’t care about your situation, they want to get paid for their work. Roof Experts are good people. They’re always so friendly and willing to help in anyway. We highly recommend the REAL Roofing Experts!

Very professional. My husband and I are both retired union carpenters so we know more than a little about construction. They were prompt, cleaned up after themselves, completed the job in a timely manner and gave us options. And our roof is beautiful. They did several houses on our street as well as our aunt's. All satisfied customers.

After several very expensive estimates on my roof Roofing Experts, after a through inspection gave me a very affordable option.The weather was problematic but at the earliest opportunity they got it done wasn’t a splash and dash either neat and efficient. Very happy with the work

Never use this roofing contractor, Adam Miller, owner. After a year of dealing with excuses, tile order never picked up, started job without a city roofing permit.
Avoid this company.

DO NOT HIRE THEM! They never finished our roof and took our money. We had to hire another roofer which costed us more money. They have an office manager that lied so much for Adam Miller. They are being sued by so many customers including us. I’m surprise they’re still in business especially surprising that they do work without pulling a permit!

Since 2022 we have been back on forth with this company after taking 30k for the insurance company they never changed the roof. They cashed the check and told us the the girl in the office stole the money and that they were in a lawsuit with her. Once it’s cleared up they will get to us but they keep giving us the runaround. Or insurance company have since dropped us and they still not doing anything so next thing is we will be suing them.

I own an old house that needed repairs on the flat roof so I could install gutters. Mr. Miller assessed what it needed to be done, and promised a 10 year warranty. The roof was installed on July 27 and started leaking immediately, I did not have leaks prior to his work, the coating layer was thin and irregular, the matching with the slope roof poorly done, the vents they installed are leaking, and since I had people go up in the roof and take pictures, he void the warranty, and now he is not answering. I believe his picture of a great roof is missing the correct roofers and Carpenters, and his company is not capable of delivering a quality roof, or the support a client needs.
