Best Western Palm Beach Lakes

Charming older building that has been immaculately updated. Comfortable mattresses. Tropical courtyard and beautiful pool. A little oasis in the city. Breakfast had plenty of offerings. Front desk staff was lovely (woman with photo locket). Thank you for an excellent stay.

Stayed two nights prior to a cruise. Staff was so pleasant and happy especially the young man at the desk in the morning. Rooms were very clean, no bugs, beds slept okay, pool and lounge area was like a little oasis in the middle of the property. Quiet area, hardly any noise, and the free WiFi was fast. For the budget price it was really astonishing how wonderful our stay was.

The room was very clean, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The pool area was very well kept, the pool was clean and kept at a great temperature. There was free filtered water in the lobby which was very helpful to refill bottles rather than keep buying new ones. The beds were EXTREMELY comfortable, which is rare at hotels. Breakfast was very yummy. It is right in the middle of WPB so it is easy to get to the best places around like City Place, Live Free Diving Snorkeling Excursions, Manatee Lagoon, and many more. Great hotel for families, solo trips, couples and business trips.

I have never had better service at any hotel I have stayed at. All the staff was helpful, engaging, funny, kind and so much more. The rooms and hotel accommodations were great as well. I HIGHLY recommend staying here. There were 5 of us in our party, all teachers, on a girls weekend and they helped us and we enjoyed our time.

This may be lengthy but its worth it. The last part of 2022 has been rough on my family. My apartment complex told us last min that they are not renewing the lease so we had to hurry up and find a place to live. We had no luck and had no choice to stay at at a hotel. We chose Best Western because of the location and the reviews. Let me start off saying the staff, the ambience, the patience and the care they showed me and my family was going beyond their job. Its like they knew what we were going through and said we got you. Every member of the staff (Management all the way down to housekeeping )was sooooo nice. You guys have a customers for life. We really appreciate you guys. My wife's company is doing something special for your local staff. Again Thank You so much.

This place was super clean with an eclectic retro vibe. The staff was friendly and helpful and the place just had character! The courtyard has life size chess, a circular swimming pool, a zen garden, and shuffle board. The rooms haven't been renovated so they are pretty basic but really clean. And, I was told they will actually be renovating the rooms this Summer (2022).
I highly recommend it. It's more affordable and it's a cool throw back to a prior time in history. I'm glad to see they kept the place so nice. Also, it is walking distance from multiple restaurants and bars and the mall too I think.

The hotel is cool. Nothing fancy, but special.

Also, I liked their mini shampoo/conditioner/lotion! Smelled nice!

The customer service at this location is amazing. I come from a restaurant background and I know customer service. The people in charge know hospitality and I always feel welcome here. It may not be your typical 5 star hotel by appearance but the service you receive is just as good as any of those 5 star hotels.

I just finished my second stay at Best Western Palm Beach Lakes. As with the first time, the hotel has everything a person or family would need at a very modest cost. A very spacious pool area, very helpful staff and a friendly environment. I look forward to going there again!

We come back year after year. Lovely property, with a well kept pool and courtyard area. Close to shopping and restaurants that are walkable from the hotel. The staff is always helpful and friendly, and they have a driver with a courtesy van. We will be back again!!!

Ron at the front desk was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable since I wasn’t feeling well. He was such a nice friendly person to walk in and be greeted by! The landscaping is beautiful by the pool, feels like a little oasis. Over all, positive experience and stay here. The outlets across the street is a great addition! Definitely recommend and will be back!

First of all, THE STAFF!!! Is absolutely amazing and wonderful! Steven and Tyslin(I hope I am spelling her name right) were amazing. They were very warm and conversative. I felt like I was talking with friends. It didn't matter that my room was delayed a bit. They were so kind.
The property is beautiful! Yes there are some small things with the room that need attention like the rusting shower curtain bar and the peeling door paint along with some painting details along the baseboards. But everything was clean and nice. 5 stars!

This hotel has far exceeded our expectations! We initially booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. We ended up staying another night in the West Palm Beach area and since we were so pleased with our stay at Best Western, we didn't even think of looking around for another hotel. We simple extended our stay another night. The rooms were clean and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of appropriate sizes pillows and enough towels for our stay. The TV worked and we had need for nothing while we were there. In one of the rooms the coffee pot was broken. It was reported to the front desk and the housekeeping supervisor brought a brand new coffee pot. The breakfast was so delicious every morning. It was not your pastry/cereal/bagel kind of breakfast. There was a nice variety and every day was different...scrambled eggs, ham, waffles, sausage gravy over biscuit (it was so yummy 🤤), corn beef hash, hard boiled eggs, and of course cereal for those so inclined to ignore the feast that was there. The ladies that were handling the food, Esperanza the cook and the two young women, Lordine and Darline who were making sure the food was replenished did an outstanding job. All three of them were very pleasant. There were tables inside, a counter that one could sit at and eat and even outdoor covered seating near the pool. The pool area is by far the prettiest pool area I've been to. There were selfie spots all around, trees from different parts of the world, and the pool was pretty big. I didn't take advantage of it because of other commitments but will next time. The grounds were neatly kept and there were workers painting, cleaning the lounge chairs in the pool area, always someone doing something. The only area for improvement I saw was our check in lady. She was an older woman who definitely knew her job and did it well. It would have been nice to have been greeted with a smile though. She was a matter of fact kind of person. Maybe she was tired since it was late when we checked in. Ron on the other hand, checked us out on day 2 and checked us back in for our last night's stay and he was jovial, personable and friendly. If I could give this hotel 10 stars I would. It will definitely be our "go to" hotel whenever we are in the West Palm Beach area. Thank you Best Western for contributing to a very pleasant stay.

We had a good stay at the Best Western Palm Beach hotel. It's close to many businesses and restaurants, but also close the the highway.
The staff was very helpful to our group of seven travelers. Even though none of us swam, the pool area is a nice area to hangout. Lots of parking.

The hotel rooms were clean and neat. The property was well lit at night. We felt safe and had a great time.

Awesome loved it. Good people. Decent location for business or pleasure in palm beach are!!!!

Guest Desk was very easy to access and the staff very friendly. Booked this at a last minute to be closer to the airport. Great pool and activity area outside. Would have stayed another day if I had time.

The hotel is a few buildings around a pool in the center.
This place is super well-maintained. Even in the middle of the night there was cleaning staff making sure the floor wasn't wet from pool goers. There were always staff around cleaning something or watering the plants.
Would stay here again.

The hotel looks older, but it's actually part of its theme. It has old school stairs that look like something out of the Caribbean, it has a big pool, and little areas to sit in that have little water fountains and barbecues. Also rocking chairs everywhere!

It's like a mini resort and it's hidden behind the facade of an older looking hotel in a shopping district.

The staff is amazing, there is breakfast in the morning ( pretty standard but good), the hotel grounds are excellent for families or for someone on a business trip that can actually sit somewhere nice and work.

I used to come to Palm springs and Palm Beach gardens all the time about 3 years ago and always stayed North of here. I feel like I've missed a great experience staying at this hotel.

Incredibly pet friendly and there is grass everywhere so the dogs are able to play and walk.

I will stay here again and can't believe I didn't realize this was here when I used to come to this area several times a month!

It is one of the lesser expensive hotels but top notch. I'm super pleased with this hotel and love the atmosphere!

Not sure what more I can say other than I love it!

It's also a great location right off the 95, food and shopping right across the street, and I'm a craft brew nut there are so many breweries within 10 MI and two less than 5 (Civil Society and Ookapow).

If you're coming to Palm Beach, I highly recommend staying here for the value and the atmosphere it is so worth it!

Did I mention I love it LOL seriously, I love doing reviews especially when it's a place I absolutely enjoyed and this is one of them!

Nice motel with a great service. The guy at front desk was super welcoming and nice. The place is super pretty. They have really Nice courtyard with pool and plenty of places to lounge. Their rooms were super clean. Location is great! Our stay was super pleasant and outstanding. Highly recommend it.
