Came in here today just to browse, as I was in the area, and left with an awesome pair of heels. The store is very clean and organized, and the staff is amazing! Shoutout to James! He was very welcoming, kind, funny, personable, and professional. If I ever need to go to Steve Madden, I will be sure to come back to this location. Great experience.

Great Customer Service!

I was walking around the store and one of the sales people, Jacob, asked if I needed help. I explained that I really wanted these white boots from the website, but they only had sizes 5 or 11 available. He said "if you give me the style, I can check other stores and they can ship directly to you for free." He said there was one store in NY that had them in my size and I'll be receiving them this week. I went into the store discouraged and left very happy.

The store was super busy when we went in but a young man walked out of the back and could tell we needed help and he jumped right in to meet our needs. I believe his name was Alex. A+ service and selection
