Great experience from the start. Lourdes very helpful over the phone, then Javier T made the sales process and test drive easy and Fabian in Finance explained everything up front. Hands down best experience buying a car. They have a great variety of quality cars with an in-house mechanic, that’s also very helpful. I usual don’t do reviews , but definitely recommend Port Motors.

Called the dealership on a Monday morning to let them know I wanted to make a purchase but coming from out of state. They essentially said no problem. Got things set up and flew out the next day. Picked up from the airport by the dealership. Vehicle as expected. Purchase made without issue. Got a wonderful deal. Wonderful communication throughout the process. Vehicle picked up from the dealer's lot the next morning, Wednesday, for shipping and arrived at my home on Friday without incident! It was a pleasurable transaction! Thank you Port Motors!!!

I dealt with several car sells men and dealerships in the past and these guys were the best by far, especially Anthony. Very straight forward and are willing to work with you on finding the perfect car, that is also within your budget. They made the whole process simple and easy. Just bought my second car from Jacob and Andrea. They drove me to two different credit unions until I was approved. I never thought having limited credit history I could qualify for a practically brand new car with such low interest rate. Best of all they were very upfront and gave me a copy of the Carfax without even having to ask. These guys are far from your average car dealership. Awesome customer service!

Roberto helped me so much. I bought a 2006 Dodge Ram then after purchase I realized, it wasn't for me. I was able to change it and got into a 2013 Dodge Durango with low miles. Dealt with Roberto (the manager) and had excellent service from day 1. Roberto has been nothing but helpful, extremely proactive and caring about my situation.
