The Pumphouse Pouratorium

I’ve been stalking this place on Instagram for a while and since I knew I was going to West Palm Beach, I had to check this place out. I walked into the building not knowing what to expect and was surprised by a massive room for the grinder and brewery as well as an amazing cafe and lab area. The barista was very friendly and we ordered the Thin Mint and Chunky Monkey Lattes. Both were delicious, but the Thin Mint was the best with a great minty flavor that wasn’t overpowering as I’ve found with other minty lattes. The Pumphouse is amazing and I definitely recommend checking this place out in West Palm!

This was my last coffee shop stop on my eight day trip in West Palm and I wish it wasn't. I tried a different coffee shop every day. If I went here sooner I would've went multiple more times. The log cabin latte was the best espresso drink I had in West Palm. The service was great and the atmosphere was fun and energetic. We didn't try the food but this is definitely on our list to go to when we return. This is a must stop for coffee lovers!

Great atmosphere and staff very friendly! The place is built within a warehouse and there is parking just to the side with enough parking.

I tried the hibiscus iced tea and it was delicious. Also order their cappuccino and flavor was on point.

For a quick bite, I ordered the slamming salmon toast and the veggies used were fresh with the salmon balancing the flavor along with the toasted sliced bread. For anyone who loves salmon and looking for something light…this is a great option.

The ambience of the place is fantastic and staff always with a smile. Definitely adding to my favorite places to go and will be visiting again very soon!

GREAT coffeehouse! Very soothing and relaxed atmosphere - plenty of seating areas! Coffee is superb. They sell breakfast items, shirts, hats and beans and there is a great view of the roasting area. They have a private room you can reserve for private events. Staff is friendly and attentive. I had the log cabin latte and a cappuccino. Both were outstanding! I definitely recommend this place and will be going back again soon!

The Pumphouse is a great spot tucked away among repurposed warehouses. The combination of brew house, coffee bar, and cafe is phenomenal. It’s kinda eclectic in its style: lots of brass and copper complimented by dark tones throughout. Entering through the long hallway makes it feel a little exclusive and mysterious. Once you’re in the main seating area you have several options to choose from: comfortable bar seating in the middle, stools line the edge looking down on the lower floor where brewing/coffee roasting and grinding take place, wicker wing-backs and a couch to ease into at the back and the relatively hidden booths for parties of 2 or more. Complimenting the welcoming atmosphere is the coffee and food. The Quaid burrito (picture) and cold brew were a great combo, while the iced Vanilla Cortado and the Log Cabin Latte were perfect to sip on while reading. Top it all off with a direct look into the coffee lab where all the flavor magic happens and The Pumphouse Pouratorium is an ideal place for any coffee aficionado.

The Brisket Sandwich was 5/5 stars! The brisket was moist, the perfect level of smoke and not fatty at all. The over-easy egg on top and cilantro made for a perfect combination of flavors. The bun was soft and held together well.

The Tacos 4/5 were something you would expect from a taco truck. They were full of flavor and the slaw on top brought in a crunch and freshness.

The Log Cabin coffee 5/5 encompassed everything you would expect from quality ingredients and made to order espresso. The maple syrup as the sweetener was subtle and refreshing.

The space hosts plenty of room to relax as you enjoy your food/ beverage. Parking is not a problem as well

Really cool coffee shop in a warehouse space with views of the coffee roasting process. The coffee I ordered not only tasted amazing but was also made very well.

Overall great atmosphere, service and coffee.

I will say though that it is a bit loud in here because of the machines that are often running and roasting the coffee beans. So if you want a quiet place to study or work, this may not work for you. Otherwise 5/5 spot!

I have been here once, but very like the place. I was intrigued by the reviews that this place has room where you can watch the roasting process. Yes, they do.
Coffee was good, I had a pour over, medium roast. I ate also croissant - it was amazing 😌. The atmosphere is nice, all modern. They have parking nearby, it is convenient.

Tasty coffee! Food available from sweet cakes to sandwiches.
Decor is really nice, deck overlooking the pumphouse where u can watch.
Toilets clean and buggy friendly.
Staff very friendly.
Tricky find from outside! One small door, then u enter in a long hallway.

The vibe is very laptop and earphones.
Despite this i recommend and personally i will return.

Bacon and Egg Sammie and Brisket and egg Sammie were delish. Lattes were nice. Love the industrial setup and the fact that you see their coffee roasting and packaging production floor. They could use a little more comfy seating, but we did sit at the bar, which has comfy seats and a spectacular countertop.

Did not order any food on this occasion. This will be a place I come back to during the time I’ll be in the West Palm Beach area. Everything a coffee roastery should be. My latte was excellent,although served in a paper cup . They have the ceramics so not sure why the paper.

New favorite coffee spot in West Palm Beach! Can I get a double thumbs up for FREE parking (unheard of near West Palm downtown), TONS of seating, SUPER friendly baristas, terrific food options, top notch coffee, and a roastery in house. This place has it all. Punchcards for loyalty members. Super fair price for amazing coffee around $3-4 for drip and $6-7 for pour overs.

Everything was perfect. The staff was friendly and personable, gave us personal recommendations, and delivered our food with a smile. It was awesome to see the coffee being roasted right in front of us. The atmosphere was great, from families laughing to friendly business meetings happening. Our latte, matcha, avocado toast and breakfast Sammie were fresh and prepared beautifully. The kitchen was clean, the tables were clean, the bathrooms were immaculate, and they even had games like Jenga and pick up sticks to enjoy while eating. Would recommend to EVERYONE!

Pumphouse Coffee Roasters has quickly become a cherished part of our routine, especially on those gym days when a caffeine kick is much needed. The relaxed ambiance, complete with a bar area and the aesthetic touch of cold brew served in cool glasses, creates a serene yet engaging environment that my wife and I absolutely adore.

A special thanks to Emily, Mel, Dave, Dre, Bobby, Kat, and Christian for going above and beyond, turning our coffee visits into delightful social interactions. The kitchen crew also deserves a shout-out for their consistency and tasty offerings, though we do hope to see a few more health-conscious items on the menu soon.

Not only do they offer tasty drinks but their coffee shop vibe is unmatched in WPB.

Friendly staff , yummy food and ample seating for big groups.

If you are a remote worker like me, you can enjoy a chill environment with private seating in the back for a quieter space to take calls/meetings. If you want a social atmosphere you can sit at the bar and interact with the community and talented baristas.

My feedback for the owners would be to add bag hooks and outlets at the bar that way guest can remain stationed in one area for the day versus taking up a table to get a charge in. Plus it gives me an excuse to get my 2nd or 3rd 🤫 👀😅🫣 cup of coffee.

So grateful for this place and all the amazing people I have met.

The coffee setup and espresso are excellent. This is one of the nicest small coffee roasters I have ever visited.

Phenomenal brisket-egg sandwich. Really cool atmosphere, several different style seating to hang out- bar, couches, study area etc. staff super friendly and coffees very well made. Highly recommend for the cafe goer.

Excellent coffee roasters! Avocado toast and banana Belgian waffles are really tasty! I also love their cold brew with lemonade, tasted so fresh!
