Great products and employees

Awful customer service, They just denied coming to take measurements at my new home. This is because the closing is in one week, and they won't provide a quote for a property that is not yet closed, despite having written consent from the builder/seller to bring in contractors and obtain quotes for my soon-to-be home.When I told them that I would find another contractor to obtain a quote, they replied that they don't care.

Doesn’t pay there employees on time sometimes you will wait weeks for your paycheck also horrible working conditions and the managers and supervisors lack accountability for any mistakes they make

Contacted them in early April to sub contract work in the Tradition Area in Port Saint Lucie. Furnished License and Insurance to them and went to work
I agreed to their pricing structure. After Trimming 3 homes for Mattamy Homes for them I told them I did not want anymore as I could not make any money in fact I lost Money, That is My Fault for Agreeing to their Pricing. I invoiced them at the end of May and they said they did not have any Licensing or Insurance on File I again furnished that to them. As of this date they still have not paid me the $1260.00 that they owe me. I would not recommend doing any Business with them as they seem to me me to not pay their bills. feel free to contact me as I can furnish All Licensing, Insurance and Invoicing for these 3 Jobs.

After calling numerous times and leaving voicemails over the span of a week, I was finally able to get a hold of someone at this company. We scheduled an appointment on a Monday and made it for that Thursday (the owner was supposed to come and meet us). Our appointment slot was between 10-11. After taking off work and waiting at my new home for 45 minutes, I decided to call and find out if and when the owner would be there. After speaking to 3 different people and being placed on hold for 10 minutes, someone finally gets back on the phone and tells me that the owner is in a meeting and we would need to reschedule our appointment for another day! The only reason we even knew they weren’t going to come is because WE called them at the end of the window. They had no intention of even letting us know this. Kaylee had to actually call the owner, find out where he was and he said he wasn’t going to be able to make it today. No apology, no sympathy, and no “he can be there within the hour” (since we already took the day off of work). It was just “we need to reschedule for another day.” They’re unprofessional, uncaring and unreliable. Good luck with this company!

Did a great job:however, they will not come back to fix a small problem. I will not use them ever again
