Derrick and Nick are easy to talk to, very knowledgeable and straightforward businessmen. I had a multitude of questions that I asked, even after I approved the quote and began the process, that were promptly answered. Ozark is the kind of business that you WANT to be a repeat customer. If only I had more roofs to offer them more business. I will be returning to them for exterior work in the near future. Their crew worked diligently and made every effort to clean as they went, and after the job was done. They covered my pool as best as they could, but of course some debris fell in as you can see in the image. What you don't see, however, is that one of their guys spent a few hours cleaning it out. Derrick even returned the next day after completion and walked around picking up small pieces that were missed by his crew. THAT is dedication to quality that is truly hard to find.

Company did a great job. They completed the job quickly and within a week of contracting to fix a leaking roof. Price was reasonable and company even did a quick patch job before sending the contact! Definitely would use again and recommend.

I can't say enough about this company they were amazing!!! If you're looking for someone to do your roof these guys are for you. They got permit in short amount of time and got to work immediately. The workers cleaned up after themselves every day. And whenever I had any questions or concerns Nick and Derrick always answered my calls and addressed my concerns if any. We had Ozark come out and quote us for a new metal roof. We are thrilled with it! Hurricane Idalia did not get a single drop of rain through our new roof! I had an insurance claim to replace my roof and I didn’t know any steps to taking to get this project done. I started with calling gathering quotes and many of the roofing companies I reached out to , were just rambling roofing verbiage off to me that I didn’t know what any of it meant. However when I encountered Nick with Ozark and his initial response to me was let me sit down with you and explain the entire process. I immediately felt at ease. This process was smooth and seamless. From handling the permits to explaining to me where to park my car when the dump truck arrived. My yard was not messy with lunch trash and water bottles like my neighbors was when they got there roof done. It was a MAGNIFICENT experience. Two weeks after the project was completed my neighbor came over and said I wish I would have went with your company because your roof looks amazing. Work was completed promptly and passed inspection without any issue. Pricing was very fair.....less than I expected. It was a pleasue working with Derrick and his team. I will definitely return to their services again if necessary.

We use this company for our new roof when they were referred to us by our neighbor. They were so prompt came right out and gave an estimate set it all up and got the permitting!
