Nice clean store with good helpful employees and decent prices

I came in to pick up an order. And in work clothes heavily tattooed I was treated with respect and kindness. The staff was super friendly and I was pleasantly surprised by it. I have been snubbed and looked down on for my appearance. But definitely wasn’t the case here.

Received great offers. Great collection. The staff are gems. They are ready to answer every query & help you.

The girls in here are always so nice. I'm new to Kate Spade and being girly. I've been a tomboy forever. Their style is adorbs and unique. Love the crab and the fish. I really love the line. 70% off most styles and the sales are extra 25% - can't beat that.

The store is fabulous and I love the new spring line. I was not looking for a purse but this collection is fabulous and Daniela helped me out so much. She's fabulous and really knows what a person is looking for. Loved her. Would love to go back again.

My wife loves the products of Kate Spade. This oulet store is very cute, clean and located in a very nice mall. The prices are fanstastic. 60% + another 15% off. Also you can find new stuff, not only outdated models. The staff is super friendly and helpfull. We had a lot of fun with the ladies working there.

Larissa and her whole team are totally amazing! The store always looks beautiful and everyone is so friendly/ helpful all the time. But today I left my handbag 👜 there and I had 2 other bags in my hand so I didn't notice it was missing. But Larissa and her team had it safely behind the register and they even called me. But my bag started ringing......LOL.

I had a bad experience the customer service for the kate spade website and had decided not to shop kate spade anymore because of it. However, my friend wanted to go into this store, so I followed along. I ended up falling I love with the style and color of a particular bag but wanted it in the medium size. Krystal went above and beyond to find me this bag. When she was unable to order it for me through their computer system, she called a store in Texas and asked them to mail me one. She even got them to waive the shipping fees! I truly appreciate her determination and perseverance and am so appreciative of her hard work that I see myself going back to this store in the future just because of her. Thanks so much, Krystal! I look forward to receiving my beautiful new bag!
