Marwin At the store went way above and beyond customer service. Good customer service. He helped me on two different occasions and spent a lot of time. Trying to make sure that I got what I wanted. Powers ithat be. Give him lots of points and a raise and again thank you Marwin.

Alex & Terrence are two of the most amazing retail workers my mom and I have come across. They really know how to make you feel welcome and were very attentive to our rubbery slipper needs. We will definitely be back to visit them again. The only crocs store we will be shopping at now. We recommend you go and meet them.

I decided to wake up early one day. Hit the beach and watch the sun rise. That morning something told me. I need to head to the nearest crocs store to find the comfortability I've been missing. After going to two different stores I left not only unsatisfied but also unfulfilled . I thought to myself i have to try one more store. That's when I I walked into the wpb location outlet malls. I instantly felt at home. I felt right. The management welcomed me with open arms. They not only sized up my foot but they comforted my heart. to the manager terrance who runs that place I would like to thank you. You not only touched my feet. But my heart. And because of you I can walk in peace. Croc on brother !!!

I don’t go shopping much because good customer service these days is hard to come by, but I had a very pleasant experience when I visited this store yesterday. TJ was a breath of fresh air- kind, humorous, and extremely helpful!! He immediately made me feel like a valued customer! Great personality and service! I’ll return to shop here for this reason. Yesterday was my birthday and of course I wanted more crocs. My mom and I always like to wear crocs comfortable, fun and reliable footwear. At this store we met Alex, she was absolutely fabulous. She brought out everything on sale in my size. Show us the different styles and was the most patient kind person. Alex thank you for making my shopping experience amazing. You treat each customer like family. Crocs you have this fabulous employee who made my day. Thank you so much! I will be back!

Staff was very friendly asked how I was doing when I came in, good customer service, I was happy with the visit.

Wasn’t impressed with this place previously, but I stopped by recently looking for something specific. TJ was beyond helpful and nice, just completely turned my whole opinion around about this store. TJs great attitude, attention to detail and work ethic are a true example of leadership and you could see that trickle down through his team. Excellent store, great selection and phenomenal staff.

my family and I visit the store on vacation in Palm Beach. This weekend Mia the store manager and two sales associates Ali and a guy were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely go back on our next vacation there. The prices were decent the sale help bring the prices down.

2LEGIT came in to get some crocs for the first time ever and Mekai helped me out for a almost 45 mins thanks Mekai

Was at Palm Beach on vacation stop in at the Crocs store it was amazing best customer service by far. They had every new styles out. Store set great and looked good and the the deals were on point.
