ASICS Outlet

I have been coming in Asics for years here at West Palm Beach outlets but my husband and i went in so he could help me find some sneakers for work they had such a awesome variety and a good sale going on that gerard helped my husband look at him some new sneakers and Oscar helped me we both ended up buying sneakers. The salesman were so helpful and explaining they had a really good sale and I thought they were very helpful and very knowledgeable explaining and helping us purchase our sneakers. We will be back soon. We love this store.

I looked all day for a certain shoe for wrestling and found it at five locations with the price ranging from $50 to $60. I found the pair here for $30 on sale! The cashier even asked me if I wanted to fill out a quick questionnaire to take an additional 10% off, and of course I did. I ended up walking out with a $60 pair of wrestling shoes for under $29❗

I went in to buy some shoes to help me while I learn to walk again after an accident. The sales associate Megan was beyond helpful from the moment I walked in. I explained the issues I will be facing and she made the perfect recommendation and didn't stop there. She helped answer all my silly questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase without being pushy. If visiting and Megan is there you will be in good hands!!!

I was kindly greeted by Lisa who was so informative and very helpful. Helped me picked the right pair of shoes and never once made me feel uncomfortable like others shoe stores who push you to buy things. Lisa is a great asset to your store.

Esteban Rojas is an essential employee at this store, specially to the ASICS team. Extraordinary customer service skills (hard to believe for someone who looks as young as he does). VERY knowledgeable and has great attention to detail. Ask for Esteban every time you visit this store, and if he’s not there, it’s worth coming back when he is. Keep up the great attitude, dedication and drive Esteban. You’ll go far in life with these qualities.

I personally know Gus. He is an amazing person.
I came in today looking for a compression sleeve to cover my tattoos and Gus helped me find the perfect one. Natalia was also a help too. Aside from making great conversation they knew the exact product I needed. (it’s a customer favorite).
Next time you need running shoes stop by ASICS and ask for Gus or Natalia.

The staff I met knew about the shoe styles, how they were different from each other in regards to support, cushioning and function, and why they fit my particular feet. I was very pleased I let them help me, even though they weren't pushy, just kindly offered a few times. I ended up with two pair of great fitting shoes that I needed. I love Asics anyway but It was worth it to visit the store.

The staff here is ridiculously knowledgeable about shoes and feet. I have some ailments including arthritis and I was helped by Will. He was well trained, professional, and extremely patient. I didn't feel rushed or "upsold". I felt comfortable asking questions and actually learned a lot before making my purchase. I've found that Asics are the only brand I can wear compatible to my specific pain so it's a quadruple bonus that I can have a great experience every time I come to shop here.

Just bought my first pair of "Asics" cross trainers on the advice of my physical therapist. I had looked them up on-line to see where they were sold, not knowing about the Asics Outlet on Palm Beach Lakes Blvd. Arrived on a busy Friday afternoon, was greeted, spent several minutes describing what I needed ( solid black for my night job ) the sales associate was very nice, had to cover a lot of people in the store but still took great care of me. I may be headed back in June for a solid white he mentioned. Great Service, Attitude ... Thanks Again Ken !

One of my favorite stores in the outlet. They typically have some good sales but also carry the new releases so it's not just older models.
