We have used KLR for roof repair and complete roof replacement. Each experience was very easy! Michelle, Michael, And Jeremiah were always available if we had any questions or concerns. They communicated regularly. The job was done in 2 days and there was absolutely NO MESS! We would use them again if needed… but I don’t see that happening for many years! Thanks you KLR!

The process was very smooth. Jeremiah came and explained exactly how and what would take place. Michele gave us step by step instructions on what we needed to do but also what they were going to do. There cleanup was amazing. I highly recommend their company

As the owner of Home Property Management II, Inc, we rely heavily on quality vendors to help us manage our portfolio of rental homes. Over the years, we've learned that KLR is an excellent roofing company which we've come to trust when repairing or replacing the roofs of our rental homes. In fact, they just replaced the roof on my personal residence. The price was fair, the work professional and Michelle at their office is always prompt with her communication.
As challenging as it is to find good vendors, we wish KLR would go into a/c, plumbing and electric too!

Had them install a new roof on my house. I got quotes from 3 companies and the amounts were all similar. I decided to use them since neighbors used other companies and had problems, but a friend used KLR and said that she was very happy with them.
What I liked is she said they put down tarps to catch any broken tiles and nails. Other companies just let them fall on the grass causing cars to get flat tires.
Another reason is because they use their own employees and don't subcontract out the work. Several other roofing companies hire subcontractors to do the tear off, underlayment, tile install, etc and as a result it takes months to get the roof installed because they can't coordinate their schedules. Also a lot of subcontractors were using undocumented workers and a lot of them left the state due to the laws that went into effect in July.
KLR orders the tiles which may take a while, but about a week or two before they arrive, they start the traroff and all the other prep work. This way the work is done in only a few weeks instead of months.
My neighbors were all asking me how I had every done so quickly..
I also was impressed that they told me that new code regulations were going in effect as of 2024 for underlayments and asked me if I wanted to update mine. I figured it was worth it to do it since insurance companies are refusing to renew policies or charging higher rates if you aren't up to the latest requirements.

Just had KLR do a roof repair and from start to finish they were top notch! The man that came out to do the estimate was thorough, professional and made sure I understood what needed to be done and what did not and how they would do it! The crew came on time and was professional and efficient and cleaned up everything before they left, taking all the broken tiles with them. Highly recommend them!

KLR replaced our roof. They were friendly, communicative, competitively priced, found the materials requested, and installed quickly w minimal disruption. They reccomended and co-ordinated w a gutter installer. They’re process of permitting inspection and installation went like clockwork without leaving the home unfinished for days between approvals. I definitely reccomended them. They would have been a value at a higher price.

I had a roof leak (obviously) and called a few companies. KLR was the first to respond and the first to come out and provide an estimate. They were very professional and honest. In FACT, it was recommended I DIDN'T have the work done (I was told it was a leak that would only happen once every few years and it wasn't necessarily worth fixing at that time). Then the leak reared it's ugly head again and I had no choice but to fix it. I called KLR, during rainy season no less, and within a couple of weeks they had it fixed. Recently I had another water stain and they came out THAT day. Turns out it wasn't the roof but the A/C unit in the attic. Mike didn't even charge me. From the friendliness of Michelle at the office, to the honesty and professionalism of Mike and Jeremiah, I couldn't recommend this company more. I sure hope to NOT ever need them again BUT wouldn't hesitate for a second to use them!

I would highly recommend KLR Roofing for your roofing needs. We just had final inspection on our new roof and passed with flying colors. From the start with Jeremiah, professional and on time. He said he would be there at 2:00 and he was there 10 min early. We have dealt with many contractors that for one reason or another are never on time. The pricing was fair and they were open to negotiations. When we signed the contract, they gave us a time line of when we could expect the different stages to begin and be complete. Melody from the office communicated 2 days out that we would be receiving the materials, followed by the removal the old roof and install the next day. They brought a large crew that worked the entire time, cleaned up all of the debris and left no trace that they were there. The entire process went smoothly and without a hitch. If you are in need of a roofer, do look any further. KLR is your team!

Had a roof leak on a 7 year old house. KLR came to look at it and provided an estimate within 2 days. They scheduled and repaired the roof one week later. The problem was solved at a reasonable cost from this reliable firm.

KLR just did a total reroofing for us, they were topnotch. They did excellent work and cleaned up at the end of each day. Craftsmanship and professionalism and communication were great , we could not have had a better experience. I highly recommend them.

KLR is the only roofer that I trust in South Florida. I have used them for both myself personally, and as a Realtor, I have referred them to my clients many times. They always do a stellar job. The are licensed and insured which is MANDATORY. Please don't use a roofer that is not! Their prices are reasonable.. they arrive on time. I highly recommend them! They are family owned and operated, and doing it right.

After receiving another quote from another roofing company, like any smart consumer you want to get two estimates. Not only did KLR exceed the warrantee, double it, but made sure to satisfy the problem with multiple workers right before another big rain storm . Michael, the owner, came to our house and very carefully examined every aspect of the problem and to say the least from 1 to 10 I rate his company an 11. You can certainly have full confidence with no apprehension using this company.Great job.

When Mike the owner came to inspect the leak in my roof, he was very courteous and professional. His repair team came on time, they were very professional and did the repair quickly, I highly recommend this company. You won't be disappointed.

Michael and Michelle were awesome! We had a leak in our roof. Michael came out yesterday assessed the situation gave me a fair price and had his crew out here today. The guys did a great job and cleaned up the site like they were never here. Great company to work with!!

I cannot give this company enough stars. They are fantastic! From the estimator to the owner and his wife - they have been incredible to work with. We were under a deadline and they met it. The permit came quickly. The work was done to perfection. They even covered the pool and driveway with a tarp when ripping off the old roof to protect the areas. The roof was torn off and the new roof installed in 8 days!

If you are looking to put on a new roof...this is your company. HANDS DOWN!!
