Life Storage - Westlake

This place is one of the best storage facilities I have seen in a very long time! The establishment is brand new and currently is running a deal for the first month free! Get in before this place fills up and pay cheaper than surrounding facilities for way better amenities. Bravo to the staff and this place as a whole. Just be mindful of the entrance as it’s a bit confusing to get to and the surrounding area is still under construction.

Spoke with Sean day prior and he was very helpful and great to talk to.
Met with Maria to see a unit and enjoyed talking with her. She was amazing! Very helpful answering Amy and all questions. She made me feel comfortable renting a storage unit here.

Employee Maria helped me with my process. She made it fast and easy, and helped me find the best deal for my unit. Building is clean and secure with easy access to the units. Bathroom accessible and clean.

Frank, and Greg were helpful the first day of opening and told us when the website goes live they would be officially open. When I called the next day after reserving online the night before Christine answered and wanted to set me up over the phone but I preferred to go in person. When I arrived in person Sean assisted me and showed me the unit, and accommodated me with a better one. The whole team was great to work with. Sean was very personable and kept us entertained as we waited for the paperwork to go through due to slower internet issues that day.
I feel confident that I can go speak to them if I have any questions or issues down the road. I’m very happy this place opened when it did, I really needed it.

So happy you are finally open it’s been a long time coming! If you’re looking for storage this is your place. Shawn and Maria are amazing always greeting you with a smile and were extremely helpful and patient while deciding on a unit. I don’t think I’ve seen Shawn without the rolling cleaning cart cleaning whenever there, which is often. Place is super clean. Highly recommended! Will be relocating my other storage until from lantana to here they are the best!!!!

Maria was very nice, helpful and very informative. She showed me a few units without any question and n didn’t make me feel pressured to rent. The lease process was quick and easy.

Maria and Sean made our experience moving from another storage unit to this one in Westlake effortless. Our original unit in Westlake turned out to be too small and we needed to go a little larger. Maria walked with us and showed us several different units until we found the one that met our needs. We are extremely satisfied with the professional level of service we received. Great job guys!!

So far we have rented 2 units and every time we got top notch customer service. The rental process is smooth and easy to do. The facility also is clean which is a plus.

The process was super easy and everyone was friendly and my unit is upstairs right next to the elevator. They have carts that you can take right up the elevator. Nice & convenient- HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Great Brand new storage facility in Loxahatchee / Weatlake! Maria and Sean are always there and have been very helpful in showing all the different types of units available! Great drop off area that is covered for the inside units and very wide driving area for the outside units! Also rv and boat storage! Electric available and a dump station for rv’s coming in the near future !

Rented an 5x10 storage online. It was a quick and easy process, took less than 5 minutes. Received an email from them telling me my unit number and that my lock and key was ready and would be placed inside my storage locker. When there later that day and just like they said my new lock and key was there for pickup. Thank you life storage.

Life Storage is an amazing set up from the drop off area to your space you have rented. Very easy to move around and clean.. Professionally managed all people involved very helpful!!!
