Happy Feet Plus - Countryside

Unlike other shoe stores that are mostly self-serve, Happy Feet is a full-service shoe store. The store manager provided very knowledgeable and attentive service that addressed all of my foot issues. I now have shoes that fit, with insoles that provide proper support and balance. Five stars for Happy Feet!

We seem to stop in at Happy Feet Plus maybe once a year. We like their Kenkoh sandals and Brooks tennis shoes. The sales staff are reasonably good plus they keep a record of our purchases, so if we want to buy a second pair of something we purchased previously, they can look it up. If you want Kenkoh footwear, this is one of the few places they are available.

Very professional and knowledgeable about there products. Great personal care. Ordered my sneakers and kept me informed about there arrival. Really nice caring people. Very happy with my new sneaker. Thank you.

Best customer service! Love the Countryside location! I needed to exchange my shoes for a different size from a fair distance away. They allowed me to ship my in store purchase to them. In the meantime, they ordered the correct size and held them for a couple of weeks before they received my shoes. Once they received my shoes, they personally called me to confirm my desires for shipping them to me. Small town service in a big town!

Roger at Happy Feet made my experience very pleasant and knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to my feet feeling better and relieving the pain. I had know idea a store like this existed. Thank you Roger for taking the time to educate us.

We have been shopping at the Good Feet Store for the last past five years, and we have always had a wonderful experience. The staff are always courteous and professional. And their shoes are very comfortable.

Happy Feet Plug did a great job evaluating my food pain. I went in thinking my pain was from arthritis and I was going to have to live with it. The representative used their machine to show me that my shoe was too narrow and was causing pressure on the side of my foot. Then she measured my length and width and found me a pair of shoes that fixed my problem. I tossed all my old shoes. Starting over with the right size. Thanks Happy Feet!

My wife stopped in to check out the shoes because she has had plantar fascia for some time. Rodger greeted her warmly and asked what brought her into the store. He was very helpful and genuinely concerned about the foot problem.

Rodger was quick to show her the inserts, shoes, and sandals that could help her out. He as very knowledgeable about the products. She was able to take her time and test the products without being rushed. She found immediate relief and was so happy that she visited the store.

The store was very clean, organized and had well-stocked merchandise. She purchased what she needed to help with her foot issue and now she is a happy customer and has Happy Feet.

What amazing caring and personalized help for my plethora of foot problems (Morton’s Neuroma, Plantars Fascsitis, Bunions, Porokeratosis). They found the the perfect pair of sneakers and shot a great orthotic. Also bought a pair of Kenkohs that are already alleviating a lot of symptoms and having healing effects. Will definitely be back 😇

Jennifer was so friendly and welcoming. She listened to my needs her knowledge and genuine care for me with the proper shoes and insoles no pressure sales no rushing she made the experience so positive stress less. I was confident being in her hands. I went back a few days later to purchase and additional pair of insoles as well as had Jennifer fit me for custom insoles. I have some pretty specific needs for footwear and also require that those selling me shoes to actually know something about feet and at least some understanding of pathology of the body. I got that from the visit. I was greeted by a wonderful sales person who sat with me and discussed what was going on with me, fitted me, and then went on to show me shoes and insoles. I walked out with the right insoles for me, for now. Our feet change over time and I found the right product and service for my feet here. Thank you.

They cured my plantar fasciitis! I won't buy shoes anywhere else. The staff is always so helpful and friendly. If you want to stay active well into your later years, they can help! Definitely recommend!

We walked in to do some Networking and find a good store to send our patients to who need orthotics. Met Jennifer and Rodger who were both very knowledgeable and informative. They also have a great selection of shoes, we walked out with two new pairs of Brooks to wear for work. :) It's great finding a local place with a scanner for custom orthotics and knowledgeable employees to fit you to that perfect shoe. I was referred to Happy Feet from a friend. I have been dealing with PF for a few months now and knew that I needed to research insoles for an upcoming hiking trip. From the moment I walked in the door, Jennifer gave me over a five star experience and by the time I left, i learned I had high arches, my custom insoles were ordered and I had, another pair to use for my trip since my custom ones would not be done in time. Within 24 to 48 hours I’ve already felt relief and have “Happy Feet” I can’t wait to see and feel how the custom ones help.

I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer while purchasing a new pair of Birkenstocks. Happy Feet has everything good for your feet from flip flops and slippers for around the house to dress sandals and espadrilles that have support and are good for your feet. I was so shocked!
