I'm addicted to this soapppp. I love cherry almond! The staff at any location I've visited has been fun and inviting. I love the free samples of laundry soap when I go! It's inspiring to start learning that things you use and buy every day can be made so much more simply with ingredients that are safe ❤

I was fortunate to have had the pleasure of smelling every scent in Buff City the first time I walked in the door but have now become highly addicted to All Hail The Queen after my friend bought me the soap minis to try. I knew I would be back, but I’ve been back to this location 5 times since December, each time Madison (and the other Buff City soap experts) are amazingly patient taking the time to help the customers that have never been to Buff City, ensuring their experience each time is spot on perfect, making them repeat customers, like me. Ps…I have graduated through the levels of this scent to the laundry soap. Just need the candle in this scent! Thanks to you all for your scentsational service….see you soon.

My teenage daughter had this soap brand on her Christmas list. I drove over to pick up her requests. The staff was super helpful and friendly. Wrapped the items I bought for my daughter in nice Buff city soap bags. I haven't tried to soap yet, but I am looking forward to my daughter opening them on Christmas. I think it's fantastic they make items there in house.

Madison and everyone at the store are amazing. My son got to paint a bath bomb and help out. Made him feel so special. They all went out of their way. So friendly and professional. Definitely recommend this location.

Brand new store, just met the manager and team, they were so friendly. What a great concept for a store. Smells great, so many products and it's all made fresh daily!!

Every product I've ever bought from here! I love how the soap smells and makes your skin so soft. They have dozens of scents, you can even create your own. The laundry soap is the best hands down. It makes your laundry smell sooo good! The laundry soap also makes your laundry so soft. This is the only place I buy bath soap or laundry soap. Everyone is always so nice and helpful.

Just visited for the first time. Had the pleasure of watching Sydney make body butter right in the store! Sydney was wonderful! Great conversation and showed us the process of making their body butter. Thank you for making our visit an experience.

Very disappointed. Went in for handmade soup, found out they only have handmade soap. It did Not Satisfy my needs. I melted it, and tried to make my own, but it just tasted like soap. And not soup.

I just took my 4 year old to buy some soap because we just ran out.
Never been here before or heard of them. Just saw driving by.
We had a blast washing our hands and picking out soaps for our loved ones. Looking forward to doing this again with him! I loved hearing from the staff they are plant based fresh soaps made right there!
Music was good too, we were dancing as we washed our hands.
Definitely a core memory.

I had lovely experiences in the downtown Tampa store purchasing laundry soap for myself and my daughter who is in college, and then again at the store on Donald Ross Road purchasing more laundry soap as a gift for a friend who thinks my clothes smell amazing😊
You soap smells incredibly wonderful and your staff is well trained and very welcoming and customer friendly. I will be a return customer mostly because of how the staff treats me when I shop there.

I stopped by because my neighbor gave me some laundry detergent and I was amazed at how great my clothes smelled and how clean my white stuff was. I’ve now switched to their powdered detergent from liquids and pods because it is a better deal with better results.
People at the shop were very friendly and helpful.

Our first visit to the store was on Saturday. We received great customer service from a newly graduated FAU student ( didn’t catch her name). She helped us with laundry detergent and dryer balls. I have very sensitive skin and she gave us a few samples to try. We are hooked and will be coming back to purchase more! And we adopted one of the puppies that was at the store with the Big Dog Ranch Rescue!

Absolutely IN LOVE with this place. I don't buy any soaps anywhere else anymore since I found this gem! The soaps are handmade, natural, and the scents are AMAZING! Narcissist and Fresh Cotton are my favorites. Also, the employees were so nice, fun, and knew all about the products. You feel like your part of the family the second you walk in. I recommend Buff City Soap to EVERYONE!!! (even if you have sensitive skin, (like me))

I went there to make soap, and they were super friendly and helpful. When my family and I walked in we were greeted and they immediately started to help us. Even when three other groups of people were in the store. I felt welcomed ever since I walked in the store. On top of good customer service, the store was so pretty. The place had soaps out on display with unique names and scents. As well as colors. The store is like eye candy. It was super clean and would 100% recommend.

Love the store. Great customer service. Very friendly. First time I went in with a friend just to tagalong. Was not planning on buying anything but ended up buying several products that were on sale for my husband, daughter and myself. My daughter and husband loved everything I bought them. As a matter fact today my husband told me it was the best bar soap he’s ever used. The Epson salt‘s are pretty cool too because you can pick out different colors and different scents and they mix it right there in front of you. The only thing I didn’t love was the whipped body butter because it was just too thick and it’s hard to spread on my skin. I’m going to go back in and try the shower oil. Great store to buy a gift for someone. They even box it up nicely.

I have never wanted to run home and write a review so fast. There’s nothing like going into an incredibly beautiful store with a hyper four year old and holding your breath as you walk in, only to have most of the staff so friendly and welcoming that you can’t wait to take everything in. Listen, spending $7 on a bar of soap isn’t something I did regularly... but it might be. We left with a bar of soap and a bath bomb and couldn’t be happier. The process is fresh, the scents are potent, and the design is cool. Kudos to the staff, we’ll be back soon.

The white Jasmine is the best and LOVE the detergents. We are hooked and so is anyone I give a sample to. Open one in St Augustine. Lots of fans up there!

Had a few questions about some of the products so I ended up messaging them on Instagram.. whoever is running their social media needs a raise!! They were completely professional and SO helpful. With saying that, I also want to say the products here are amazing as well. The soap lathers so well and is so moisturizing!
