The service manager Wade was great and very professional! He went above and beyond to help me! The service tech Sean was amazing! Very thorough. He answered all of my questions and took time to explain everything to me. Horacio did a great job as well. The lounge area was comfortable, and a huge plus for me is that I never had a car salesman trying to push me to trade my car in. I live 30-45 minutes away from this dealership, but because of their service, I continue to come back.

Purchased my car new from them in 2022. Recently I took my Telly in for regular service and a damaged tail lamp assembly. Was greeted by two wonderful young ladies that directed me to my service advisor for assistance. Afterwards I spoke with Mr. Campbell the manager. Great guy! My car was ready sooner than expected. The employees appear like they really enjoy working there.

If you’re considering buying a Kia, go to this dealership and ask for Robert or Wolfgang! They go above and beyond. They are pleasant and I never felt pressured by them. When the dealership didn’t have what I wanted in stock yet, Wolfgang got exactly what I wanted. I was never pressured to settle for something in stock but instead he cared about me getting exactly what I was wanting. Robert was kind and excellent in communication from start to finish. Before I left, Robert helped me download the Kia connect app and set me up with everything I needed for my new car. Mario in finance was also so wonderful! The staff here are so nice and helpful! Best dealership!

Absolutely amazing experience! I will be recommending everyone I know here. After getting stuck in a bad deal by another dealership, Tyler Cole went above and beyond to help me get out of it. He worked with my budget and got me in a newer, safer car, and I'm externally grateful. They're finances are transparent, and well explained, and they are an amazing, caring group of genuinely good people. I would never go anywhere else. Again, Tyler Cole was amazing to work with. Great service.. My service manager was Wade very nice and informative. Anthony is my service technician and he goes above and beyond. My sales lady was Geneva. This is my second car from Lokey and i will stay with them for my third. No need to car shop they help do that for you. Great place to buy a car. Already referred my daughter and family members. My next vehicle will be bought at at Lokey.

VERY pleasantly surprised with the price for the work performed on my 2016 Soul +. Same quote amount at Tires Plus down the road and they were only going to perform one of the two services that Lokey Kia performed for the same price! (Rear wheel sensor exchange and throttle body service were done). Dan was great!

Place was great. People were friendly and everything was clean. The waiting room was nice. Had tvs, magazine, and snacks. A charging area for laptops and phone. Plenty of stuff to do while you wait. This was my first time. I was kindly shown around my a gentleman who greeted me at the door. 10/10 would go again

This was my second purchase at Low Key Kia. The people are fantastic, the service is amazing, and I felt like I mattered to them more than just a customer. The lobby was extremely nice with hot chocolate and donuts that I enjoyed and very well cleaned. I always have a good experience with Kia services. Since I bought the car I've been using their service. I have nothing to complain about them. They remind me twice a year for the service .I've already been up to date.

Service was great. Dropped the car off Kia quick to communicate services needed via text and when I didn’t respond, they called to make sure I was aware. We came back in to our surprise they had washed and clean the car for us.

I had the best experience here! Tyler and Pernell were angels sent to help me. I came in not knowing what I wanted, desperately looking for something and scared at the same time, as a woman shopping for a car by yourself can be terrifying. The customer service and transparency in this place left me speechless. Everything was explained to me in detail. I highly recommend! Come here if you’re looking for honest guys to guide you, this is your place! The vibe here is immaculate!

While we didn't actually go through with our vehicle purchase (looked at a 2024 Telluride), I have to give 5 stars to Mike who helped us. I've worked with a lot of car salesman over the years and I feel Mike would have done us well! The only reason we didn't end up buying the Telluride was due to the over powering off gassing smell from the vehicle being brand new (I'm sure totally normal, and will go away in time but I have asthma and am very sensitive to strong odders in general). We may still consider it though, as it was super nice otherwise! Time will tell but overall great experience.
