Very good place. Nice atmosphere and great and fast service. Food was good but nothing special for the price. Example philly cheese steak good but not $19 dollors worth. Pretzel was very good, but not $14dollors worth. Get the message. A little overpriced. But worth checking out.

Amazing brunch, great service what a special treat!

The food was delicious and picture perfect. The servers were spectacular and very friendly. Would definitely recommend if you are going to be around this hotel.

Fresh made to order organic foods. Minimum wait time on a busy day. Located in a nice area easy walking a nice atmosphere would return again. Old fashioned style sodas with unique flavors.

I would skip the $20 breakfast is sub par or comparable to the the FREE breakfast that you would receive at the Holiday Inn Express. The scrambled eggs were cold, dry and hard, the potatoes were cold..

I was chastised for using the coffee machine, normal coffee, nothing fancy because I was not a guest at the hotel, although we just paid 25 bucks a piece for a sub par, prettied up, normal old continental breakfast. The free kind at other hotels. Regardless, my 25 dollars for the buffet that had only 5 hot items, did not come with coffee. And if I was getting it from the wrong place, apologies, but the worker was rude, barely spoke English, and seemed passionate about chasing folks away from the "other" coffee machine. No explanation, just the same question louder each time: "What is your room number?" until I was embarrassed and walked away. Hopefully, he got all his frustration out on me, and other customers won't have to deal with it.
Other than the modern look, clean lines for atmosphere, there was nothing else worth reporting. Food was ordinary and overpriced

AWFUL SERVICE!
Took my wife and child to Bistro 1501 for Mother's Day Brunch. Yes, the food was great, but the service was absolutely awful. Once seated, it took forever to receive drinks. Guest are not assigned a waiter/waitress, all the employees work together. Being a buffet, we had several plates that were not cleared, and drinks were never refilled. I mentioned our concerns to an employee, but nothing became of it. I then spoke with a manager who sent someone over that took care of the situation. After some time past, we were back to the same concerns. I just asked an employee for the check. After some more time had past with no check, I spoke with the same manager. Finally the check arrived - included the expected $40 a person, but also an automatic 18% gratuity.
WE'LL NEVER GO BACK.
