I'd been with my previous condo and car insurers for 6 yrs, since I moved to FL. Friend said check out NE Underwriters. YEA. am I impressed !! I phoned made an appointment. was very nicely greeting and had a brief yet thorough intake. The 'mature' agent asked appropriate questions, listened well; then asked if I could email her copies of current coverage pages. Within TWO bizz days got comparison quotes. My car insurance was $5/ month' yet my condo contents overage was $123 LESS a month for exact same coverage II (tho had to pay a 2 month premiums in advanced ). ....

We even talked might an umbrella condo/car make sense.She shared that in FL, even if I was at fault, in FL courts and plaintiff cannot come after my primary resident Nor my IRAs/Roth retirement accounts !
