Such a time saver! Love the herb crusted chicken with cauliflower mash! Thai chicken is great too! I just tried the vegan eggplant parm… it has potential - rice noodles need a little flavor! Eggplant was great- suggestion : just add some more tomato sauce - boom! Problem solved! All in all, food is great and proportions are fantastic!

Today was my first day ordering for my office of 14-16 people…. Every single person loved their meal. The skirt steak was some of the most tender steak I’ve had, would put it up against eating at a steakhouse that’s how impressed I was…. Looks like we may be ordering our meals from here 5 days a week now…. Very very impressed… looks small but don’t be deceived it turns out to be the perfect portion. 11 out of 10…. Boca Location bravo !

I went there for the first time right after I left the gym. I gotta say they do have a wide variety of prepped food. On top of that they have an outside area for immediate consumption and a microwave too! I tried the cowboy steak and the chicken cesar wrap and they were both delicious!! Usually you think of prepped food meh its gonna taste like old food but this was really good, healthy and afforadble! 100/10 will go there again.

First time using a meal prep service. I usually do it myself but don’t have the time anymore to be cooking all day. I’ve got to say I’m impressed. The flavor of the food is actually really good. I get to try different things I normally wouldn’t cook myself and it’s convenient. Pop the meal prep in the microwave for 2 mins and it’s perfect every time lol. Also im lactose intolerant. I’ve been without dairy for several years and I love that they have so many non dairy options yet it’s not vegan. I still get my meat but I don’t have to worry about any milk and I love that. They do have vegan options though if you are. Also paleo, keto, gluten free. I’ll definitely keep using this service though. Can’t beat $7.70 a meal lol. Super grateful! Thank you Ideal Nutrition🙌🏽

Deliveries are on Sunday’s in Greenacres. Food is actually really good, taste better than they look. They’re really helping me with portion control and of course I love the ease of not having to worry about what to cook & the amount of calories etc. Excellent service and easy to choose my meals on a weekly basis. Definitely recommend.

I had the firecracker meatballs last night. This is the first time I have tried ideal nutrition. I thought the meat and the rice was absolutely delicious. However, the string beans were raw and an edible. I hope this was a fluke will definitely try again.

I attended a health fair where they were offering several meals to try. I had the paleo chicken and sweet potato mash. OMG, it was delicious! For LESS THAN a greasy hamburger and fries, you can eat a fresh, nutritious meal. I haven't rated the service or atmosphere because I haven't visited a storefront yet, but I definitely plan to.

NO MORE COOKING!!!! If you want to lose weight, not shop, no cooking, no dishes, eat healthy THIS IS YOUR PLACE. I’ve been going to this location since they’ve opened. NOT ONLY GREAT HEALTHY FOOD, but also have Keith their prices the same since day one. Do yourself a favor and get the melas delivered via subscription ordering. Pick off menu and delivered to your door once a week. Oh that they are constantly changing the menu.

This is my go to spot for picking up lunches for the week. At $7 a meal you can’t beat the price for the high quality of food. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for an affordable healthy meal at a good price. The sweet potato crusted chicken with coconut rice is by far my favorite. The flavor is always on point. Highly recommended.

Got my first home delivery yesterday. Very well packed to keep food fresh and cold. So far, the meals we have tried are delicious. Will continue buying as long as the quality does not change

The staff, a young woman named Georgie and a lovely guy I think his name was Eros, were extremely friendly and helpful and suggested what they’d recommend for my dietary requirements.
