Outback Steakhouse

This was an amazing meal. Everything was so good. (except the mac & cheese - it was more a milk & garlic flavor). The prime rib was exactly what I hoped for, the ribeye was delicious. The service was timely and friendly. We will come back 10/10!

We have never had a bad meal here, but tonight we came in and the manager Nick went out of his way to accommodate us. We were seated right away, and our server Justin was at table for drink order immediately. Our warm bread and drinks were at table before we finished placing our order. Our food was 10 out of 10, our server Justin was a fabulous mix of hospitable, knowledgeable, and funny. He kept our drinks filled, and checked on us throughout our dinner. The manager Nick is exactly what the S. Lakeland Outback was missing! Was a perfect dinner, perfect service, great experience!

My friend and I went out to Outback for dinner, and we have never had greater service! Courtney B was our server. She’s so fun!! She was on top of it, consistently checking on us and making sure all of our drinks stayed filled. We will definitely ask for her every time we go!

The food is so good, so tasty 🤤 😋! Service is bad, I had to ask for a glass of water to come 3 times, the lady always said: I’ll come back to you sorry, silverware came until food was ready, we had to ask for it.

Our waiter, Donte was very impressionable. Grade A+ service. The food and drinks came out in a timely matter. I ordered the Kingsley pasta and wedge salad. My food was hot and plated nicely, the salad was cold-fresh and delicious! Management (Terry) was spotted several times during my dining experience. Service was amazing to say the least. 10/10 Will definitely recommend this Outback Steakhouse! Don’t forget to ask for Donte!

My family eats here at least once or twice a week. Food is always cooked to perfect taste. Tonight, our service was above the typical great service we generally receive. We sit in the bar area a lot and know most of the servers. Courtney was new for us and such a pleasure. Attention to the little details made for a fantastic eating experience… thanks for the great night.

This location is absolutely the best! The online system cancelled my order on Valentine’s Day 30 minutes before scheduled pick up time. Not only did they rush my food out to me but they took ownership of the system that they aren’t in control of and made the process easy and especially on a busy day like today. Within 30 minutes we had our food and free drinks while we waited. The staff was super great and the manager was amazing. Great job guys! I was afraid our dinner was ruined but they made it perfect!

Donte introduced me to the blooming fried shrimp. And it was amazing . Also the grilled shrimp was to die for thanks Donte keep it up .

Had a good time. Called in to a 30 minute wait, got there within 10 minutes of calling and was sat right away. Service started out a little slow but once it picked up Nick was on it. I like being able to joke around with our server and he was light hearted and funny. Our whole table probably ate around 12 loaves of bread 😂. Food was good as always.

My family and I were passing through while being out driving around. We were greeted by a very friendly hostess who held the door for us. Our server, Donte was very attentive to our needs and was especially sweet to my kiddos. Thank you Don't for being so kind!

This is the best place to come. Donte was the best ever. His suggestions about the blooming shrimp was the best eveeerrrr. Then to top things off he told me about this caramel crunch desert. I will definitely be coming back. Top notch service.

Exceptions service! Donte was very helpful and able to answer all questions I had regarding the menu. He was nice and pleasant. He was attentive and was able to get all items correct and to the table in a timely fashion. Love this guy! He is on another level. He is the reason I come here!

Everything was absolutely delicious!!! From the moment you walk in, everyone is so welcoming and you can't help but fall in love with the vibe inside. Food was truly amazing, but a huge thank you is deserved to our server Mystro! Thank you from my family ❤

We went for dinner and had a great time!! Our server Courtney was fantastic! She was very attentive to our needs. Kept our drinks filled and cb my steak was wrong. She got the manager right away, got it corrected in a timely manner!! I suggest when you go to Outback ask for Courtney Perez for your server!! She rocks!!

Donte’ was our waiter and he’s amazing. He made our bad day end so much better. The food was great but to have a wonderful waiter made the entire experience great.

Enjoyed a wonderful lunch with my father, and everything was perfect! Kayla and the other servers were spectacular!!

All food was great, complimentary bread was fresh and delicious, their Cesar Salad dressing is one of the best I ever tasted, shrimp on the barbie were great and the steaks were perfectly done. They even got my stake temperature right which is a very "rare" event. The server was also very nice!

Dante was exceptional! Great customer service. Knows the menu very well. He even got me to try new things! Great time.

Donte was amazing!! The attention he gave my niece and nephew was unparalleled. He knew his audience and went above and beyond. The food was cooked perfectly. Overall a wonderful experience.
