Lowe's Home Improvement

Went today to purchase a battery powered lawnmower, keep in mind this is a new experience for me as I've always only used gas powered. I met John after asking for help. This man was the kindest most helpful person I've ever had the experience of meeting at any type of store. He made me feel like It was no imposition to help me decide. Many other stores it's hard to get help and then for someone to go above and beyond is impossible to find. He explained the difference between different size batteries and how the mower actually works. There was a discount to receive an additional battery with purchase and tried to find out how that worked.
When I went to pay Nobody at the service desk was sure how the special battery coupon worked either, but low and behold between several people at the service area including Bob, Jeff and a very nice young lady whom I didn't get her name, figured it out and I left the store with a new mower and an additional battery to go with it.
So very pleased with the customer service I was offered today.
Now if I could only persuade someone to come mow my lawn.
(Kidding)

I love my Crystal in customer service who works to the knuckle. She is to the book but always goes the extra mile. My husband owns and runs his business through Lowe's so I do many exchanges and returns. If I can be helped she helps me. If I can't be helped I know she tried her best.

I went here to update my landscaping. Lisa in gardening went above and beyond to help us. She was very knowledgeable about the entire gardening section. She pointed us in the right direction from start to finish. My mom loves her new landscape and I can say without a doubt it could not have been accomplished without lisa.

I went yesterday to buy 1000 square feet of vinyl flooring and the young woman who helped me, Janet Martinez, has very professional customer service.

Ordered custom windows and an exterior door. Price was fair and quality very good. Arrived on time. The follow along service kept me posted on timelines and permitting. Dan our installer was highly professional. We would recommend North Lakeland Lowes for custom windows.

The associate Linda at self checkout is always so cheerful and helpful. She always helps me with my checkout and helps assist me with anything else I need thank you Linda. You make shopping at Lowe's a pleasure.

The employees were extremely helpful. Found everything I was looking for. Just so you know, they have halloween decorations displayed.

Terrific store with lots of name brands and friendly staff

Customer service usually not the best in these big home Improvement stores, But today we had a great experience with Brandie in the door department. Very helpful and nice at the 98 north store.

I don't care for the self checkout, but it is still Lowe's and the staff is helpful. Can't wait for the employee party, assuming we get invited since we're now part of the register crew!

I have consistent good experiences at this Lowe's Location. Their pro-desk staff seems very attentive to the needs the customer. I dealt with Katie and Benjamin and they definitely went the extra mile on preparing a large order of fencing material I needed delivered at my client's property. I give thanks and I will definitely be back.

Lisa in the plants and garden area was so sweet, knowledgeable and helpful! I will definitely be coming back for her advice when I want to add to my plant family 😊

Just wanted to send a thank you and kuddos to the Lakeland store as the associate (Salem) and the store manager (Steven) really went above and beyond to listen to my issue and immediately resolve it for me!

Always good prices and friendly staff. Love their marked down discounts they periodically have.

I rather spend my money at Lowe's than at home depot because at Lowe's at least I know that they're not supporting they want to be dictator named Trump

Just the other day, Mario and Chris went above and beyond for me. I needed a fitting for my new fridge. After they checked the manual and the manufacturers website, there still was no answer. So what did they do? Walk into the floor and pull the display model out and test the possible solutions. Thank you gentlemen! That was amazing of you to do.

Gentleman in yard tools knew his products and best deals. Gentleman in tools the same. Store is well-stocked and clean. Checkout was quick

OK had to go to Lowes again and George in the hardware area was just Fantastic, he really is in a assets to the Lowes team.

EM was in stock selves in the same area and I can not say even how many Kind and wonderful things that she did for me.
She Look up every Item I had on list and she wrote down what Lane it was on and bay number!!!! needs RAISE.
