Steak 'n Shake

Ordered no onions n was loaded, easy fix but still… burger was great n fries were perfect! A really good meal! Great prices. Plant city, Fl needs a Steak n Shake!

Was good nothing special ,they no longer have servers and a kiosk up front to put your order in on.

We eat at Steak 'n Shake in Fort Myers and Port Charlotte often. The one in Lakeland is far superior. The quality of the food is excellent, the orders were all correct and they checked in with you to make sure you were taken care of.

Haven't been to a steak and shake since before the pandemic and was surprised to not see any servers any more.

Instead we were presented with kiosks to place and pay for our meal, then we wait for our order to be ready while we dine in. The dining room looked freshly open and looked clean.

The food and shakes were great.

Food was good, but I do not like the kiosk ordering system. Unable to add items to burgers, i.e. extra lettuce when not getting bun. No salad or healthy options. Received shakes 20 minutes before getting food. Not likely to be going back anytime soon.

Steak N shake still has that it factor. In this case YOU are it with the KIOSK self-service.
Although, there is plenty of assistance for the faint at heart when it comes to novice computer comfort levels.
Tasty and not only made fresh but also to your creative craving.
Your new meeting place after the game, before the job interview or just hanging with your best bud...Steak N Shake ...y4go2...

I went thru drive thru and burgers were on point last few visits were soggy greasy and I stopped coming but I was in a hurry and they hit a home run great job guys. - very friendly at the window as well

Very good service and food. The food was hot and cooked just right. Love the shakes. Will definitely go there again.

This location is great! The food was perfect. I have low expectations for fast food places but this meal really hit the spot.

I ordered dinner via delivery a couple nights ago, and after 30 minutes my order was canceled with no explanation. I was of course upset and confused, but Sabrina the owner reached out to me that night, and we figured out the dasher took my meal and kept it for themselves. Sabrina went above and beyond and had my meal remade the next night. People suck, but thankfully there’s still good ones out there like Sabrina. Will definitely be giving this place my business again! ❤

Gus kindly and patiently helped us with the ordering kiosk which is rather confusing. Please thank him for me! Food was very good.

The great thing about Steak n Shake is the fact that the restaurant is open 24 hours a day. I work nights, so it's nice to know that I can stop in and actually go inside to eat after work at 0300. The food is always hot and fresh! The shakes are awesome, with a variety of flavor options.

This restaurant is clean and very fast, now you can order at the "kiosk" and you seat in the table waiting for your order, honestly we don't visit long long time ago I we are surprised the new way of service, but at the same time it's perfect, you order what you want, pay use the rewards and they service fast.

Food was a little too greasy for my liking, but it had a good flavor.

This location is a bit hard to get to (driveway is kind of hidden), and was extremely busy. Despite that, the service was friendly and quick and the food was as to be expected from Steak 'n Shake.

To me these are the best burgers and Fries. Always hot and fresh.

I live about 70 miles from Steak and Shake when I come to Lakeland I usually go to Steak and Shake.

It’s been a while since I’ve visited this location. Customer service was great, the store was clean, & the food was fast and fresh. The owner Sabrina is doing an awesome job. Overall 5 out 5 stars ⭐
