Harry's Seafood Bar & Grille

Here from out of town and decided to go into Harry's! The service was pleasant. There was a wait since they were so busy and they offered us to get drinks from the bar and can drink on the street while we wait this was fun since we did not have to be crammed into the bar! Once seated our Server was very attentive, answered all of our questions and even though they were so so so busy he was very pleasant and we liked the energy he had! The food was really good, if you cannot handle spices remember this is New Orleans inspired so it is SPICY! All great!

This place was excellent! We were seated right away, and our server Brittney was fantastic from beginning to end of our meal. The bread they brought to the table was fresh and warm with just the right amount of crust to it. The butter had some type of herb added to it and was really tasty. I had the Andouille Grouper with a side of Red Beans and Rice...10/10 recommend this dish. Another member of our group ordered the Chicken and Grits. Her comment was that it was "Phenomenal". Gumbo was also ordered. It was quite tasty. So many choices on the menu that I want to try, so I will have to visit again before leaving Florida!

Very busy restaurant with fantastic food. I’m so happy to find a gem like this in Florida. We came to the Polk Theatre for a movie and wanted to grab a bite to eat. Our server Kayla was on top of everything even though the entire restaurant was full. I was as really impressed. Not only was she kind, she remembered all of our drinks and refilled them. The stuffed shrimp was pure heaven. My mother’s rib eye was cooked perfect and my father raved about the Redfish. As a Hispanic I’m picky when it comes to beans and rice, but this place did them perfect. I’ll be back for sure!!!!

One of our favorite spots after moving to FL, just wish it were closer! We just had another great meal and had to leave a review. First, our server, Jaime G, was awesome. Very attentive and friendly. She refilled drinks before we could even ask and checked in several times during our meal. We ordered off the special Mardis Gras menu for February and everything was excellent. My wife and I shared everything and still took home leftovers. The Bayou style Scotch eggs were perfectly cooked and not too spicy. The Low Country Pasta is bursting with flavor. One of the best pasta dishes we’ve ever had. Last but not least, the banana creme brûlée…oh my. The manage of 2 great flavors and the texture of the custard is perfect.

First and foremost shout out to our server Brittany!! We went today for my mother’s birthday 🥳 and her attention to detail and friendliness was top notch ❤❤ Thanks Britt.

Now for the food- this was our first time here and we all agree to return soon to try more items on the menu . First round appetizers lol 🤗 we had the boudin balls and fried green tomatoes 🍅 absolutely delish and we devoured

If you're looking for great New Orleans cuisine, Harry's is a place you should definitely check out. Their menu has a lot of great options and everything we had was delicious.

Visiting from out of town, specifically Baton Rouge Louisiana and was referred to this amazing spot! We had the Chicken Jolie Blonde & the Shrimp & Grits and WOW! Phenomenal tasting food, beautiful plated presentation and great ambiance. Even as busy and packed as the restaurant was service was incredible. Our server Curtis was great and informative about menu options. We will definitely be recommending and will be back again.

This restaurant alone is enough reason to visit Lakeland. Definitely my favourite restaurant in town. The service, the atmosphere and the location is excellent. The food? IS. THE. BEST. I recommend the crab cakes and the scallops

From the moment I stepped into Harry's Seafood in Lakeland, Florida, I knew I was in for a treat. The atmosphere was inviting, with a warm, coastal vibe that made me feel like I was dining right by the ocean. The staff greeted us with genuine smiles and were incredibly knowledgeable, recommending the perfect dishes to suit our tastes.

We started with the crab cakes, which were simply divine - packed with flavor and cooked to perfection. For the main course, I had the blackened redfish, which was seasoned impeccably and melted in my mouth, while my partner raved about the shrimp and grits, declaring it the best they've ever had. The portions were generous, and every bite was a taste of heaven.

You could tell that they sourced their seafood fresh, and it showed in the vibrant flavors of each dish. I cannot recommend Harry's Seafood in Lakeland enough. Out of all my years living in POLK . I have never been here. As we was walking downtown we noticed this spot. I fee like its a hidden gym. I wish there were more of these restaurants around. Food is awesome, drinks were amazing, and the service was outstanding. Prices were reasonable. They also have Happy Hour. 2 ppl entrees & 4 alcoholic drinks, & a reg drink our total was under $60. There bread and garlic butter that they serve as an appetizer is to die for. I will be visiting this place more often….now that i have found them and enjoyed it. Perfect place for a date night. The lightening is just right.

Every dish ordered was hands down amazing! The bread and spread was the best I’ve ever had at a restaurant. The service was also immaculate. Be sure to come here if you want an authentic taste of New Orleans.

Harry's in Lakeland was amazing for our New Years Eve dining experience. The restaurant has been remodeled to perfection. So lite and bright, easy to move around. The meal was fantastic. Started with the tender crispy calamari. The blackened red fish toped with crusted crab on a bed of smash potatoes and corn maque choux finished with beurre blanc. Amazing dish, I highly recommend !

If you are looking for some Nu-Oleanns food, well go no further. Harry's is a must for a great dining experience. I have been several times, and I am never disappointed. Their menu offers a wide variety to select from, and the serving sizes are plentiful. The staff is beyond welcoming, and it's an overall great experience!

This was absolutely one of the best experiences I've ever had dining out! There was a short wait for a table, they text my phone when the table was ready. The front host was very polite and friendly. The restaurant was pretty busy but very clean. Once sat our waitress Darcey was there to greet us and take our drink orders and appetizers and asked if we Had any questions. She was very informative on menu and never let our drinks get empty. Amazing service!!! Not bugging you at every chance but not having you looking around everywhere either. 10/10 service from Darcy. Also the appetizer and bread were out before the meal and the meals were out at a very reasonable wait. The food was served hot and everything I had was cooked to perfection and tasted amazing!!! All in All as I stated above from the time I entered the restaurant till I Walked out the experience was 10/10 ! I will definitely recommend to everyone and come back every chance I get to try the other menu Items .

A group of four, we were celebrating two birthdays. Our server Greg was one of the most hospitable servers ever. His passion for his profession really shone through. The food was delicious as usual. We sat outside and almost felt as if we were in New Orleans with the busy Saturday curb market underway. I could not have been happier with the complete experience and hope to return many times.

Moved to Lakeland not long ago and every time I've gone downtown I've noticed this place is packed! For good reason! Went here for date night and every single thing we ordered was made to perfection and tasted amazing. Our waiter Jacob was phenomenal, making sure our drinks were always full and we were taken care of. Everything ghere is scratch made and tastes of heaven. I recommend the chicken Jolie Blonde. I don't think I can get anything else on the menu, even though it will all be amazing!

Probably my new favorite restaurant of all time. All I have to say is WOW. You have to come try it for yourself! Great service, exceptional food, and a great atmosphere. Wonderful place to eat!!!!

So we were on a trip to Lakeland, FL and were looking for a good restaurant. We found Harry's. So first we called to see what the wait was and they said an hour so we did a call ahead. When we arrived we waited about 2 minutes to be seated. SO we were greeted by Liz our waitresss who was one of the best waitress's we have ever had. She gave us the menu's and here is my only complaint--- they need to be replaced with hew ones some of the dishes are actually rubbed off the menu, so I had to use my wifes. Well that was the only complaint the food was amazing. They bring out the bread straight out of the oven and its incredible. We were so pleased with all the dishes we got starting with the fried green tomatoes. I had a hurricane drink which was pretty good. Then we got our entrees under the advisement of Liz I got the chicken and shrimp creole which was out of this world great. My wife got the chicken jolie blonde which she said was also extremely good. She said the grits were the best she's ever had. So trust us defintely need to eat here you will happy you did. Great Job Chef's and Liz you're the BEST!
