This is a very professional contractor who kept in communication the entire job, before and after, they had the roof install done within 2 days. They were fast, efficient, customer service oriented, and kept my yard free of debris. As a Building Inspector myself, it took some time before I found someone who I felt comfortable with doing the job. They did not disappoint one at all! I would recommend them to my family members and anyone looking to replace their roof. I’m very pleased with the outcome.

My husband and I are thrilled with our new roof. We went with the copper color, standing seam, 1” lock, 16” wide and 1” tall rib. Our house looks amazing!!! Mark was always professional and so were all of his workers. They cleaned up every day after working. I got all of the necessary paperwork after the job was completed. I would definitely recommend this company for your roofing needs. After completing the roof, Mark took pictures with a drone and sent the pictures to us. It is nice to see the pictures of the house from above. We are so very happy with the final product of our roof. He also covered a birdhouse in our backyard for us as a courtesy. I definitely appreciated that so much!

I contracted Mark based on his excellent reviews and his experience with metal roofing, and I was not disappointed. Mark was personally involved with every phase of the project, and was at the job site every day keeping the project on track. He also brought extra materials when the crew needed them and promptly dealt with any issues that came up, even coming out on a Saturday to see that the unfinished part was covered up since rain was expected. The crew was also professional and took their time to do a quality job. My 24 gauge standing seam roof turned out beautifully, right down to the color being a perfect match for the house!

His team did amazing work, everyone was very respectful of our property and I’m really glad I decided to go with his company.

If you’re in the market for a standing seem metal roof (which you should be, they’re amazing) and you’re getting quotes for other companies make sure you compare the details of what they’re offering. Not only was Mark’s price competitive but he uses the highest quality/grade of everything he does. He extended my ridge vent to be twice the original size for better air circulation (something none of the other companies even mentioned) and he uses 24 gauge Kynar vs. the thinner 26 gauge the other companies listed in their quotes. When discussing the details of the install, it was clear that he cared about installing a superior, long-lasting roof while at the same time not trying to upsell me on unnecessary stuff.

I’m really satisfied with this roofing company and I’ll definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who is in the market for a new metal roof.

As a strucural and forensic engineer who has inspected well over 1000 roofs with various damages and problems, I knew when I replaced our own roof I wanted to go with standing seam metal roofing. I knew they were superoior systems in terms of longevity, wind resistance, and low probability of leaks.

I was a difficult client in that I wanted things done a specific way, and Mark and his experienced crew exceeded my expectations with their attention to detail. I look forward to a lifetime of worry-free enjoyment of our new roof, and consider it an excellent long-term investment.

Mark and Co know their stuff really well. They are professional, timely, responsive, guide you throughout the process of selecting the right options, and are very competitively priced. Mark went above and beyond by helping us secure HOA approval (we were the first metal roof installation in our subdivision), as well as working together with our solar contractor to concurrently install the solar laminate panels onto the roof panels. Mark and Co have even manufactured a custom wiring tray in the attic to guide the multitude of solar panel wires neatly around the attic space. The photos attached (while not very clear) do show that you can have a flush solar laminate installation with this type of roof.

You get a lot of benefits with the metal roof. After a recent hail that dented cars and blistered asphalt shingles on most roofs, more than half of our subdivision were getting their shingle roofs replaced. I haven't even seen a dent on ours. You also get a sizable home insurance discount due to wind mitigation (metal roofs can withstand 140mph winds).

Some are concerned with increased amount of noise with the metal roof. I've had the roof for over 8.5 years now, and there's absolutely no increase in noise levels - even during heavy rains. In winter, when temperatures drop at night, I do hear an occasional squeak up on the roof when the sun goes down - but that's about it). Also, if you have a good shingle roof, the metal roof can be installed right on top of it, resulting in better sound- and heat-proofing.

These roofs are supposed to last for many years (think 40-50 vs. 15-20 for an asphalt roof observed durability). I am really impressed with the quality of the materials and the workmanship by T Mark Roofing, and would undoubtedly hire them to install another roof if we ever move to another house.

We had Mark install our new metal roof almost 6 years ago now and could not be happier with the new roof. I learned a lot during our installation that Mark explained about proper metal roof installations. The job Mark performed at our home made a good asset to our home along with a very nice look to the home. One of the first things I noticed is the metal roof along with the special deck insulated and sealing paper base actually did lower my attack temperature. Easily the best contractor I have worked with since living in Florida. My roof is gorgeous, the service was amazing and the communication, honesty and overall experience was nothing but exceptional in all aspects. As an aside, 3 years post completion the hurricane did damage to my house, Mark (the owner) answered my call, came to my place 1 day later and did some minor repairs as needed. Timing was maybe an hour but no charge for the follow up on any level. Just above and beyond and truly the type of person and company you want to work with.
