Over the last two years we have exclusively used Advanced Roofing for all of our roofing needs. We have over 200,000 foot of roof surface and have went from over 30 leaks to currently none. Their leak estimator Juddson has stopped every on the first visit and for a fair price. I highly recommend Advanced Roofing.

I really like my new roof from Advanced Roofing and guess what? It doesn't leak!!! The workers were very courteous and cleaned up very well.
I really like the color that Tom helped me pick out. Tom was very nice, handled all the insurance stuff and did all the follow up leg work. It made the job easy for me. I would recommend them to my neighbors. I was happy with the job.

Makes a good impression to carry a sticker on the back of your company truck : " We Drive Safe " . Until you have to find out the hard way - it is just a sales gimmick . Today (8/17/2023 at around 3.30pm me and my wife leave Publix ( 2873 S Orange Ave, Orlando, FL 32806 ) and cross the street over the pedestrian safe zone area . Your Advanced Roofing truck drove in high speed and passed my shopping card ,just missing it by inches . So fast that i could not even take a photo of the back of the truck. 2 young guys inside your truck seem not to understand what they just did - it is the law to stop for pedestrians is one of it. Almost mangling my shopping card and maybe hurting us is another . Still in shock i try to warn your company about the bad driver - but wouldnt you know my chat with your office employee suddenly ended when the other side knew it was not a sales call. Your guys are driving your company truck and showcasing who you are as a company . With todays reckless behaviour and your zero interest hearing about problems gives me an idea exactly who you are as a company and what to expect when i get in contact with you . Of course this is just hypothetical speaking because after this experience with you today .....this would never ever happen.

In 2016 our insurance company contracted Advanced Roofing to replace our roof. All seemed well and the roof was done.
Fast forward to 2022 and we put our home on the market for sale. A buyer had a home inspection done and that found that some singles were damaged and an exhaust vent that goes from the attic through the roof was not installed correctly and did not vent through the roof but into the attic. So, for 6 years we had exhaust fumes venting into the attic.
We tried contacting Advanced and literally got the runaround then silence. Nothing. No return calls no scheduling to inspect. Since the issues are part of the sale, we have had to have a professional company inspection and repair, that cost me $2050.
To say I am disappointed is understandable. Cannot recommend them as they put the safety of my family in jeopardy and for that it is unforgiveable.
As well as this review, I have to contact The State as this is a safety thing that needs to be highlighted with their license.
**5/23 update, Thank you for the call. I do have to point out that you received the buyer report on the first day of my call and your call to me was over one week later. Which suggests that my review prompted that. As I mentioned I am not a roofer and when the buyer is asking for damage in the report to be corrected then I will go with that. All it needed was AR to respond sooner, no more.
You did not offer advice on the detached vent, but we leave Friday and I got it fixed.

My job needs the roof repaired, we found these guys and the tech came out and told us he would send a quote. My boss has tried multiple times over a few weeks now to contact him and get the quote. We understand not wanting to take on a job but literally any kind of response would have been nice...
