DeDe was very welcoming and inviting, she was more than happy to help me and my girlfriend with choosing a insurance within our budget.

Staff was helpful and professional. Ashley was amazing, I had to get PIP insurance on the fly yesterday while purchasing a vehicle. It took less then 15 minutes and I had a great rate and my ID cards. I would highly recommend Assurance to my family, friends, and you who is reading this review right now.

I called to initially get a quote I spoke with Dee Dee and she gave me the best quote she compared my old insurance price to get me a better rate saved me $100 the process was fast and easy I give this office a 5 star

I have been working with Jean-Maurice for the past two years. He is an absolute asset to the company. Not only does he ensure that my vehicle is covered according to state laws and regulations, but he also explains in detail the reason for the coverage. He also does everything in his power, to ensure he gets me the lowest rate. He is very patient with me, and also explains in detail the pros and cons of each insurer he chooses for me. I have maintained coverage not only for the rate, but because of his phenomenal level of customer service. If he is unable to get a rate that fits within my budget, he advises me on questions that are imperative to ask, if dealing with another agency. He is the reason I maintain a relationship with Acceptance. I'd like to personally thank him for all he does for me and my family, and the company for hiring an employee with integrity, accountability and a level of customer service I have never experienced with any other agency.

When I called I was frantic, and needed a lot of help. Not only was my agent Jean Maurice professional and cheerful but very experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to solve all my worries and called back later with additional help that saved me so much headache. I’m very happy to be a part of acceptance insurance for this very reason. Employees like this make the customers day wonderful.

When I contacted Jean-Maurice Yazbeck at the St. Petersburg location I was fed up. I had the same insurance for over 6 years and they gradually and continuously raised the rates every renewal, even with no new accidents in the first few years. They stated that the rising premium was due to "yearly regulated fee increases", totally unrelated to my driving statistics....🙄The partner on my policy at the time had later gotten into 3 accidents all at fault within like a year and the damages were astronomical to my rate because of it being a joint policy. I requested several times to have my own policy without the other person and was refused and even told that I had no choice because we lived together. When I called Acceptance, Jean suggested that although both names by law had to remain on the policy, we could simply remove the other vehicle and that it would make a difference...which was never even offered by the other company. Simply "a difference" was certainly an understatement...my monthly payment went from $469.00 a month to $119.31. Jean really knows his insurance facts and went above and beyond in customer service...and handled everything over the phone which was so convenient. I got an offer for this much lower rate within the hour of my call which is also evidence of Jean's promptness and diligence. I recommend this location with the highest of regards and I am totally grateful for the experience.. and I got Flo! 😍

I absolutely love this location, especially John. He has been taking care of all of my insurance needs for 4+ years. At first I didn’t like him because he was straight forward and actually was helping me but it wasn’t what I wanted to hear LOL. Kudos to you John. Keep up the good work.
