They have been good to our family. As property management they have shown professionalism always. There isn't a time we have called upon them, and not gotten a prompt response, with a resolution. Even when they have been out of town. That blew me away. Totally respect their business.

I bought a house last year and Bill promised to pay for the septic drain field to be replaced after closing. He had a “buddy” quote him a very low estimate so he only had to pay a little. After closing the septic drain field ended up being twice as much as his “buddy” quoted us. They didn’t even end up doing the work. I had to go with another company. When I came back to Bill with the proper quote to get this job done. He ignored us and sent us to his lawyer who pretty much told us to go to hell. And they weren’t paying a dime when we had a contract saying they were to pay for it all. Do not do business with Bill, you will regret it.
