I moved a lot through out my life. I have never met anyone as professional and down to earth as realtor Jane Grose from this company!!! She takes care of what is needed immediately and truely cares about one's home and living experiences! If anyone is looking for a trustworthy realtor and/or source to rely on please go here!!! They don't give you the run around. No one has time for that. Thank you guys for being awesome all the time!!

I made Jane aware of an issue with our water heater on Wednesday. She made sure our water heater was replaced today and it is amazing!!! No matter how big or small the issue may be, Jane will make sure it's taken care of. She has been such a blessing to our family in so many ways. She is the absolute best!!!

Our Realtor Jane really took the time to explain every step of the process. She has over 16 years of Real Estate experience and it shows in her level of expertise, yet she has the enthusiasm and drive you would want buying or selling your home. We highly recommend her.

But Jane! Well, that's another story. Take my word for it -- Jane hustles for her clients like Van McCoy. She made all the difference for us when we settled in DeLand.

My wife and I recently utilized Jane Grose to purchase a future home site in the New Smyrna Beach area. We were very impressed by the attentiveness and professionalism we received from her. Jane made the process a smooth one without a doubt. She went so far as to check with the local zoning department to gather information for us to ensure this was the move we wanted to make. The only reason I am giving 3 stars is because I don't want to make the business look bad since they were pretty helpful and responsive when we reached out to them. However I wish I can say the same about the agent we had to deal with, Jane Grose, who was nothing but useless. To start she showed up at the wrong house the day we met. Days went by without a reply from Jane, no texts back nor return our calls. Not the best first experience when moving to a new state. We managed to get an answer in another place within 24 hours with the same paperwork we sent to her. I wish everyone good luck if you happen to deal with this agent and hopefully it won't make you lose your time and money.

It takes a lot more than a lousy agent not performing it job to make me upset. My review was based on the lack of communication and professionalism of one of your agents. However, down to two stars since I believe you have at least one honest worker in your agency who was the one who admitted that working with Jane was not the easiest.

If your looking to buy or sell, call another realtor or firm! Jane Ruckman-Grose is the most unprofessional realtor, we have ever encountered, she doesn't return calls, her texts are short, and she doesn't work hard enough to get the deal done. look for another realtor. and dont use Jane.
